We came to California for fresh seafood and so we went to this place. The first thing we noticed are the high prices but it didn't stop us from eating. We wanted to try out their menu. I had a small slice of swordfish and if it weren't for the vinegar sauce and lemon, my food will be so bland.... More

This was a return visit for me. I thought both visits were really good and the service was great. I personally think it is a little pricey overall but.....I did go back!

We have eaten at the restaurant many times and find they make the same mistake every time. We always mention we want our salads first, then our entrees AFTER we finish our salads. Not only do we tell the first waitress about our request, but each person ( including the manager) who comes to the table gets the same instructions.... More

Went here with family. We have been here before. The food quality has gone down. The soups all had off tastes. The Sushi was sloppy. Salmon overcooked. The Service was bad. We placed an order of various Oysters. The server had no idea about the types offered. We did not get drinks until after we had finished the oysters. When I asked... More

3 for lunch... Beautiful to sit and dine outside... Food was very good, although we all ate salads... But, still very good! Service was just OK, which seems to be King's MO these days... Still this is one of their better locations...

I have had my fair share of clam chowder in my lifetime and I must say that this establishments chowder tastes like it came out of a can. No bueno. The Buffalo wings were just *meh*. But we were hungry and it was edible.

I love sitting in the bar at King's Fish House, ordering a bloody, and enjoying whatever seafood floats my boat that day. Let's start with the oysters - watching them get shucked for you is a pretty good way to start the meal, and following that with either something else light or going all in for a seafood dinner is... We've been eating at King's Fish House for years and have never had a bad meal or poor service. I particularly like the trout amandine, but there are many other good choices on the menu. The menu was changed recently, but the old favorites remain‚a wide variety of seafood. The accompanying vegetables are nicely prepared as well.

I've eaten at kings many times as well as taken their food to go. This last visit was a to go order. I have no plans to return any time soon. My baja yellow tail was extremely fishy and dry. My friends salmon was half the size of a card deck and she commented hers was dry too. The sides... More

My sister recommended this place while we were visiting her recently. She had stopped off and gotten clam chowder there before and it was really good. So our on way back from La Jolla we stopped and got lunch. We ordered a kids fish and chips, bowl of white chowder, 3 piece fish and chips, and a kings combo platter.... More
