Good and fun

Good homemade italian food.Wonderful entertainment on the weekends.Tends to be busy and noisy but for a night out can be fun. Be carful not to over eat their fabulous bread and fresh tomato dipping sauce

a 5 star rating for what it is. It doesn't mean it is a top of the line, fancy, expensive, eclectic restaurant. It means they have outstanding food, reasonable prices, a very accommodating, friendly staff, and a pleasant setting with great views. We often stop here for lunch and the food is always good. Your dog is welcome on the... More

Hotel recommended Cicciotti's to us and so we went for it. Group of 6. Food was average. My favorite Italian place back in Indy is actually much more authentic. Service was not the best. Prices were fair. I was expecting much higher entree prices, but in the $12-$20 range.

I don't ever give a 5 star to anyone, except when the entire service and food quality was exceptional! Don't ever let this gem go by for a great dining experience. We came with 4 kids after spending a day at SeaWorld and we're not even close to our cleaned up standard for most places; yet there was no uptight... More

My wife and I need to figure out restrauant reviews on tripadviser. E.g. The food at Cicciott's is awful, just awful - with everything we ordered I had their 'family' made lasagne for $20.75! It was so liquid, one rquired a spoon to eat it. Flavorless and bland. The dish did not taste nor look like lasagne. I ate about... More

We love this place because you not only have freshly made Italian by the chef and owner who is always greeting the guests but you have a fantastic ocean view too. Seating at the bar in front of the Fire pit Pizza Oven gives you views of the Ocean, the wide screen TV and the live entertainment - Sinatra/Dino sound... More

Thanks to a Groupon, we had a meal at Ciccioti's. The restaurant is in a bungalow- like structure near train tracks. There is also an outdoor patio. I ordered the lobster bisque soup. It was flavorful but I thought there could have been some larger chunks of lobster in it. My soup was followed by the cannelloni stuffed with ground... More

I have eaten at many Italian restaurants in San Diego and along the North Shore. I have to say that no other restaurant even gets close to the authentic, superb, delicious and mouth watering Italian food created by what I consider to be an outstanding chef with his staff. I also want to give tribute to the welcoming atmosphere and... More

We went for Restaurant week and really enjoyed the outdoor patio, can see why it was voted on of the most romantic restaurants in San Diego. I wish we had gone when the sun was setting because you can view the ocean from both inside and outside. Now on to the food DELICIOUS. I started with the cheese & artichoke... More

Reservations for 8:30 on a Friday night...normally late for us but it's Restaurant Week and we thought the crowd would be thinned out by then. Wrong. We arrived 20 minutes early, checked-in and had a glass of wine in the bar. It was packed with hoards of people waiting. Just watching the kitchen staff and waiters running around like there...
