Delicious bakery treats! We didn't try anything out of the deli, but we tried several items from the bakery. Very tasty, and with excellent service!

We had stopped in for a sandwich one afternoon and were rather surprised how busy they were. You grab a number and it does go pretty fast. The only disappointment we had was when we went to pay for our hot food we had to wait in line. By the time we got through paying the food was less than... More

the bread looks beautiful - but you can't even walk into this place to look around because it is PURE CHAOS.... you're asked to pull a number and once you get called you have to have your order ready - but you can't even look around to see what you want - it's total confusion and I almost got claustrophobic... Both a bakery and a place for take out as well as a restaurant. The best bakery for both pastries and breads I know of in the USA. We don't live in the area, but we have had them FedEx breads -- they are that good, especially the round sour doughs and olive loaves. Also, the best eclair I have... More

Where do I start?!... This counter-order style food establishment is PHENOMENAL. The Kale salad w/ creamy lemon dressing & parmesan cheese crisps is divine. Fresh baked breads and sweets were a delight to ALL the senses. The ambiance is warm and inviting. The selection of prepared foods was vast...salads, sandwiches, roasted chicken, grilled salmon, pastas, fruits and vegetables. Friendly service.... More

Gayle's is a great place for bakery items, pre-made food to go, or hot food to sit down and eat. They have wonderful breads there. I get my holiday rolls, sliced sourdough and other breads there for every occasion. I have never been dissatisfied with anything I've ever ordered. If I have a complaint at all it would be that... I don't even know where to begin on how good this place is. The bakery side is huge with so many delicious choices. My fav is the blackberry pie and the crocodiles. and the meal side is just as good. We loved the chicken enchiladas, quiche, garlic cheese bread and caprese sandwich. a little pricey but well worth it!

Stopped in for lunch but we were flabbergasted by the fantastic assortment of baked goods. What a selection!!! I ended up getting a quarter roasted chicken with Mac and cheese and a french roll. My wife had the chicken salad with an olive roll and a slice of Swedish Princess Cake. I had a traditional cinnamon roll Suffice it to... More

Found it hard to understand how the system worked, but once I did, I received great service. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered cheerfully and well. My husband thought the pot pies were superb--the best he's ever tasted. Too bad Gayle's isn't closer to home!
