Great place to eat by the water

Sit inside or out overlooking water. Staff energetic and friendly, even offering reading glasses for those in our party who had forgotten theirs so had trouble reading menus. Gluten-free buns! Fabulous salads. French onion soup. We went back for a second lunch later in the week. Fish and chips... read more

Visited this restaurant for the first time. It is situated on the Soquel Creek right at the beach. Nice quiet location and views. The service was very good as was the food. I had the fish tacos and my wife had a wedge salad. Both portions were fairly large, which allowed me to feel better about the prices as I... More

My friend and I have been coming here for a couple of years and are always very happy with the food. The coconut prawns are to die for and all of the ahi dishes are fresh and delightful. There are two reasons why this doesn't get the full 5 stars: the lack of the ability to make reservations and the... More

Had dinner here last week with a friend while overnighting in Capitola and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the service and the food. We shared a great salad for a starter, which came separately plated for no extra charge, and my main of bacon-wrapped scallops and fresh corn ravioli was excellent. We ate indoors as it was... More

Had lunch on the patio. Food was good overlooking the beach. Crab Louis salad and coconut shrimp salad. Both were very good.

We chose this based on trip adviser recommendations. Definitely worth a visit. A good selection of salads and sandwiches for lunches. View of the ocean and capitola colourful beach houses makes it even better

On our first night of the Wharf to Wharf weekend, our two couples ate at this restaurant. I had pasta with a seafood mixture and my buddy had a tortellini with skirt steak. Both meals were fantastic, and coupled with veggies and bread, it was a great meal. And if you want an appetizer that is definitely not good for... More

We were able to eat on the patio, and it was wonderful. The view was amazing, and thankfully the patio heaters kept us warm, which was needed even in July. The wait staff was prompt and able to make great recommendations. The food was great as well, so the whole experience was a positive one. I definitely recommend.

Traveling down the coast and decided to stay in Capitola. Saw the reviews and decided to try. The positive reviews are all well deserved. We sat on the patio and had the Seafood Pasta and marinated Skirt Steak, Wasabi. Both were excellent in taste and presentation. The service was also awesome. One tip. Parking in the area is very tight.... More

Great location, great staff, great food! We ordered the Louisiana steak salad and potato encrusted halibut-both were delicious! When the food arrived, the presentation was also beautiful. In fact, two nearby customers saw my husband's salad and immediately ordered the same meal. Overall, a great dining experience. Definitely a MUST when one visits Capitola!
