Worth a return visit.

Went with friends from Dallas; were walking around town and stumbled on this place for a late lunch. We all enjoyed it. I was not a fan of the clam chowder though; my friend gave it a 9 but I am not sure you can get good chowder in Dallas. Lunch salads and all else quite good. Nice view.

Met friends for a late lunch and were concerned when we arrived as there was no one else there. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. The menu had great choices. I had a house salad with a calimari appetizer. The calamari was steak style with the lightest tempura on a bed of mango salsa. Also at our table was... More

I had calamari, clam chowder and cioppino. Thick strips of crispy calamari with a divine sauce. The chowder was superb -- and not too salty like most restaurant soups. The cioppino sauce was made from scratch (the bay leaf I found was one of the give-aways). Everything was served hot, and service was excellent. My husband also raved about the... More

This was a fun lunch stop to begin our "Girl's Weekend". The salmon salad was very good, but as is often the case you pay for beachside views on our CA coast. Would return though. Had wine, great service, lots of laughs...

Despite being at the gateway of Capitola Village, the Stockton Bridge Grille seems to be a well-lept secret among its aficionados, of which my wife and I are two. A small. fully stocked bar, a good, reasonably-priced wine list, excellent appetizers (we recommend the bacon-wrapped prawns, maple duck rolls, and small lamb chops), good, tasty salads, and good entrees (we... I visited Stockton Bridge Grille on a Thursday afternoon, around 2pm. The Capitola Village and Beach was busy with visitors enjoying the beautiful day. It has been years since I ate at this restaurant, more than five, and back then I had an experience many other reviewers have mentioned about the service. Sometimes things happen and I've been at places... More

The quality of food and service is great at this restaurant. The setting is intimate and well-appointed. The restaurant has a great wine list; and the food quality is great. We also enjoy Cliff, who is our regular waiter there. He is very professional and has a nice calm low key style. We highly recommend the restaurant

We went at about 6:30 PM on July 5th for our adult daughter's birthday dinner. There were only two other patrons at that time. Maybe the chef and staff were tired from a busy weekend and that is why the service and food were disappointing. We ordered Oysters Rockefeller, Clam Chowder, Rustic Baked Brie, Salmon and Mushroom Spinach Lasagna. The... More

We had lunch here today. Sat on the back porch - beautiful views. Tanya waited on us and did a fantastic job. We split a seared tuna salad and a fish sandwich. The tuna salad was very good - great vinaigrette. The fish sandwich - Let me tell you it is one of the best I have ever eaten. It... More

The food was average, although this location was recommended based on location and menu. A little tricky to find, it is right on the curve before you turn right to find parking. Has a planter on the steps, a stained glass sign hanging with steps up to the entrance. Parking is a challenge, go early to find a spot, reservations... More
