Irresistible Egg Benedict and French toast

Staying at Niseko Hilton for 4 days. Amazing Egg Benedict not to be missed. Petit size English muffin topped by spinach, bacon, poached egg and hollandaise source. French toast with cinnamon served with maple syrup and butter.

You either took the full buffet at $40+ 18% tax (which is a lot for a family with kids) or they had one meal...venison pie and salad for $18. We ordered the pie and it was the size of a golf ball with a few lettuce leaves. Most disappointing meal on the holiday and very family unfriendly eating.

Lovely welcoming staff. Ask for eggs benedict, French toast and hot chocolate free of charge. Great view looking out the window to see snow conditions for the day. Free wifi.

As part of the Hilton at Niseko Village this is a convenient and GREAT place for breakfast and... We were there every morning and the selection is terrific from the custom made omelettes to the HUGE selection of other tasty treats for an excellent breakfast. Did not try the MELT for other meals as had made other arrangements but would... More

We had Christmas lunch at Melt. The buffet was beautifully presented and had a great selection of western food, tempura prawns, salads, meat dishes, pizza, roasts and pasta. The dessert selection, although delicious was lacking in variety. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The cost was very reasonable for a buffet lunch and extremely cheap for a Christmas one.... If staying in Niseko, highly recommend having the lunchtime buffet at the Hilton Niseko Village. There are plenty of options and all for 2400 yen. We ate here numerous times during our trip and never once did our group complain about the lack, range or quality of the food. Having coeliac disease, a special thanks goes out to one of... More

Customer service, excellent. The fact that is is centrally located in the Hilton lobby might be a bothersome for some, but it was tolerable. The ambient jazz music added to the pleasant experience. This cafe does not give a Japanese feel. I could go on and on and yada yada at this review, but I will just get to the... More

We ate here for Christmas dinner. I was disappointed by the uninspired cuisine. I would expect more from a restaurant at a Hilton flagship hotel.

Had the western lunch buffet for a change, costs 2500 per person. Selection was pretty varied with a salad bar, standard hot food selection with western skewed items plus one Japanese curry, dessert station and a drinks area. Especially enjoyed the chef manned station where they ladled hot pasta into a massive chunk of Parmesan, swirled it around till it... More

The xmas dinner course was lovely, particularly the main Wagyu steak with fois gras, which was exceptional. The executive chef came by to check that everything was okay and then offered us a locally grown roasted pumpkin squash (complimentary). All the staff were very friendly and efficient and the view was very nice. The only disappointment was the dessert which... More
