I found the sandwich I ordered to be very ho hum and I kept wishing it weren't so dry. The Chicken pesto sandwich had a bit of pesto on it but otherwise it was too dry. The chicken was meager for a $9 sandwich. You get an orange slice and a pickle slice on the side. That's it.

Erik's Deli is has great sandwiches and fresh salads. The place is fine for a quick stop to get a bite to eat, since it is designed as a small cafe or diner. So nothing fancy. The prices seemed to be average as it was about $6 for a sandwich. Recommended for pit stops or to go, but not a... More

This place almost lulls you into thinking that it's a mom-and-pop shop, with their super-friendly staff, the weird stuff on the walls, homey looking sides displayed in a case and covered in plastic wrap, the canning jars used as cups, the dark wood paneling and pot-belly stove.
