When in Rome

As a steak house goes great steak and potatoes of all sorts. Service is up and down some very terrible servers and some really terrific servers. The cautionary statement is to check the meat far t ok many times in the past I've received very stringy meat filled with grisly fat. I've been eating... read more

Sat near bar as a single. 5 min before waiter came by...nice enough....obviously overwhelmed. Soup came...luke warm....no utensils. Chicken... Wait... Wait....wait....finally came. Chicken on the Barbie used to be two full juicy breasts . Now...one breast sliced in half, all the juices pressed away, and served like the sole of a shoe. Shoe would taste better. Shame on you Outback... More

Great rib-eye steaks. I was dining alone so sat at the bar which was both casual and comfortable. I had never eaten at an Outback before and was pleasantly surprised with my meal. Nice wine selections to accompany the steak. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good steak.

I had the grilled porkchop -- tough but delicious. My wife had the 7 oz. steak. She said it was delicious. We sat on the patio, perhaps a bit too noisy because local guys on motorcycles seem to enjoy driving through the Pruneyard. Weird.

Outback is pretty well known for their steaks, pork chops, pastas, bloomin' onion appetizer, etc. and for their great cocktails so you go there out of a feeling of nostalgia not necessarily for something new and different. I do enjoy the Outback Sirloin steak with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and a cesear salad and its pretty much the... More

The service was not very good. Parking was a nightmare we drove around the parking lot twice looking for a space. Food was fine, what I expected

Great service. My wife wasn't sure which salad dressing to get so he brought it as a side and said to try it and if she wanted to try something else, he would bring it out. The staff was very attentive, never had to ask for a water refill someone always was filling the glass. Tableware was clean, but table... More

Food is typical for a franchise, mainstream restaurant. My partner and I took my kids there. The prices were kid friendly, but the food was just bad. The bread was not fresh...too microwaved. The fish was not fresh. The veggies were boring. The salad was packaged iceberg. The kids even disliked the burgers. That will be my last visit for... More

In Campbell, CA, the Outback is restaurant that you can count on to consistently get a good meal and good service. The only thing I don't like about it is how dark it is at night; they have the equivalent of tiny nightlights at the tables.

Not worth the price at all. I ordered the firecracker salmon which was around $17. It was overcooked and the vegetables, especially the zucchini, were mushy, way overcooked. There was almost no mango salsa - I think they added maybe 2 T. I also had the french onion soup, another $7.00 It was mediocre at best. Their wine list is... More
