Naschmarkt is an exceptional and authentic re-creation of Austrian-German food in a stylish bistro on Campbell Avenue in the hottest new City in Santa Clara County/Silicon Valley. Like Austria itself, the food is influenced by Italy, Hungary and Germany. The food is very typical of my experiences living in Germany for four years. The Weiner Schnitzel, Jäger Schnitzel, Bratwurst, Goulash... More

This restaurant is among the best of any type at which we have ever eaten, and is certainly in the top tier of California restaurants irrespective of where they are located. The service, to start with, is really professional and impeccable--the entire staff, apparently, has been with the restaurant since it opened, and their team commitment to excellent service really... We had a wonderful evening on a busy, beautiful Saturday evening. We were celebrating my wife's 51st birthday and took a colleague's recommendation (confirmed by Tripadvisor) that this was a great place to try. We have both lived in Austria and hoped this Naschmarkt would live up to expectations. It was wonderful. The menu is a mix of Austrian specialties... More

We enjoyed an excellent Sunday night dinner in downtown Campbell. This restaurant is not that big. Reservations are suggested. The service was attentive and no issues noted. The Austrian beer was very good. We enjoyed the jager and wiener schnitzels. The food was very tasty and not over-salted. All the side dishes and soups were excellent. We were glad we... More

The restaurant is warmer now that they have enclosed the outdoor seating. There used to be a draft. The food is very authentic which is great. Nice selection of Austrian beers and wines!0

This exceeded expectations - I enjoyed every dish and it was a real pleasure to find an interesting selection of beers that I hadn't tried before. It is not a large restaurant, it looks quite new but already looks popular. The service was friendly and attentive. The was a good buzz about the place without being noisy or in any... More

I've been to this restaurant several times and it never fails to live up to expectations. The dishes are well prepared, seasoning is very balanced. Some of my favorite dishes are the beef goulash (amazing), wiener schnitzel, Austrian cold cuts on the appetizer list to name a few. You can tell my bias for the meatier dishes but the none... More

This place is just stellar--fine dining at its best. The food is outstanding, and the Austrian specialties are a welcome change from the usual California cuisine. I lived in Germany and spent quite a bit of time on Austria, and I can say that the food at Naschmarkt is quite authentic. I had the Wienerschnitzel, which was perfect. My husband... More

Naschmarkt surpassed our expectations. The decor is modern and stylish. Although the restaurant was crowded, our dining experience still seemed private and intimate. The service was exceptional and the waitress genuinely seemed to care about making the experience memorable. But the food is still the reason to visit Naschmarkt. Downtown Campbell has many unique, top-quality restaurants and a variety for... More
