We stumbled into this place after wandering around too many antique stores in Cambria. Everyone was very friendly. They had a great avocado and cheese sandwich-it was great on toasted whole wheat bread, and loaded with lots of avocado. The outdoor patio was nice-lots of umbrellas for shade and trickling fountains. And the price was right.

Some friends and I ate breakfast at the Creekside again this past weekend... TWO DAYS IN A ROW. ...AGAIN. We love this eatery and keep going back for more. Porker Scramble with Country Potatoes one morning and Denver Omelet and Hashbrowns the next. Mmmmmm! You can't go wrong.

Yes, Cambria is full of cafes, restaurants and other eateries but this little unprepossessing low slung building houses a rustic cafe with some good food and excellent value for the money. Worth following the twisting road down from Highway 1....

This small cafe in "downtown" Cambria is a quick and well priced option for breakfast. We sat outside on the patio, enjoying the cool air of California's Central Coast. The food was pretty standard breakfast fare, but quite tasty.

Cambria Ca was one of four West Coast Beach Towns highlighted in the Sept. 2014 issue of Sunset Magazine and Creekside Gardens Cafe was named as best Breakfast Joint. Being a short drive from our vacation resort in Avila Beach we gave it a try. The food and service were both excellent, although wait for food after ordering was a... More

We joined friends for lunch here and weren't wowed. The favorites among our group were the special green" enchiladas but everything else was pretty average--tuna sandwich, Burrito Grande (made with what look like canned refried beans and a salad on top), chicken strips and BLT with avocado. The service was friendly but basic and the outdoor patio was hospitable but... More

The salad was fresh and crisp, very good dressing, and the portion size was big. The breakfasts look good.

If you are looking for cloth table cloths and crystal glasses, go somewhere else. If you are looking for good food, fair prices, and wonderful happy and friendly people, go to the Creekside. I was there on a Saturday morning and expected the Cambria tourist crowd to overwhelm the staff but it never happened. The staff was efficient and remained... More

Delicious pancakes, omelets, ham, eggs, orange juice, coffee. The oat bran pancakes were very light and tasty. We ordered them with fruit. Good selection of omelets and pancakes and typical American breakfast choices. Healthy portion sizes. Sandwiches were good too.
