This was a self-service cash only restaurant, that worked great for our family. We stumbled on this because the only places we could find were pizza joints and seemingly fancier establishments. The good sign was this place had more cars out front than every other eating place in town when we were there which we took as a good sign.... more

We know this place since late 80's, I love the food, but there is a problem, they don't take care about the restrooms they have, they are in such bad condition, beside their maintenance, this place used to be a very tiny restaurant, now is big, they invest in huges tv, my advice spend some in the restroom, and give... more

I am always suspicious of cash only places in 2009. It is currently being remodeled and there were less than 10 tables. Very loud music. We left. more

Main St. Grill was recommended to us by the owners of Robins after diner one night. The next morning we went there and they have a real small town, very friendly atmosphere and a good menu of old fashioned breakfast meals. We loved the place. Not touristy at all. more

Every time me and my husband visit Cambria we have to eat the Main Street Grill. They give you a lot of food for a really great price. The food is delicious! You can get a 1/2 chicken meal which comes with beans, a good portion of garlic bread, BBQ sauce and of course the half chicken for 8 bucks!... more

Face it: Cambrian is not a bargain basement experience -- it's an escape from the hustle-bustle of urban life. Meals, while wonderful (never had a bad one yet) are Expensive.
