Stayed in San Simeon for the weekend to go to Hearst Castle; Robin's is about 10 minutes away in Cambria (which turns out to be an adorable and quaint town filled with craft galleries!). We went for Sunday brunch. We started with a cup of her salmon bisque. Exquisite! Unlike most restaurants, which seem to pour a box of starch... More

We always try to have at least one meal at Robin's on our Central Coast get a ways. Menu is inventive and unusual, and always excellent. Service friendly and prompt which adds to an enjoyable meal.

We were on an eight night trip to Mendocino and Cambria and although we had good food everywhere we went, Robin's was the best. The menu is inventive, exotic and unusual. Service was prompt, professional and pleasant. It took some time to decide what to pick from the menu but we were not disappointed. They have a very good wine... More

I was fortunate to dine here on my last California tour 2 years ago, it was so good I could not wait to return, I was not let down! Excellent service, good ambience and really great food ... wish I was local so I could eat here all the time!

Cambria is a nice cozy town near the Hearst Castle. The town is divided into two areas and if you want to eat around the Castle the town is the place to go. The restaurant was written up as local favorite so decided to try. They use local vegetables but it was not to our expectation. The pastry chef brought... More

This restaurant was recommended by a shop owner, so we decided to try it. Bad vibes from the greeter and the hostess so we left. May I say that we are a 59 year old couple who dress fairly nice and are considered friendly.

We were recommended this place in town which had a quaint decor and the staff were very helpful. We were surprised to find curry on the menu and thought to give it a try. It was delicious. My husband and I shared rogan josh and korma. We finished off with a chocolate dessert. Who knew you could find great curry... More

We try to go to Robin's every time we are in Cambria. Their food is always yummy. This time I had the duck. It was so tasty. The service is always top notch.

We have been going to Robins for years. It used to be one of our favorites on the central coast. I believe their menu is now uninspiring and the food good but definitely not great. Of a long list of deli salads they can make, only three were available the day we were there. I understand the drought and water... More
