We were fortunate to arrive in Cambria around 10:30 AM on a Thursday, so no big crowds to contend with. Linn's was very clean and had a nice bakery counter near the entry, plus a roomy restaurant with high ceilings. Some of the table were a little drafty becaue of the ceiling fans, but the waitress was nice and let... More

Went for breakfast. Outside of the lemon scone everything else was average, if that. The corned beef hash was chewy and tasteless and the sunny side up eggs I got on top were overdone. I like to have the egg yolk run out all over it. I pierced the yolks and they kind of just sat there. And the mushroom... More

We live in LA County, but vacation in the Central Coast 2-3 times a year. We never miss visiting Linn's. The menu always has innovative, fresh food. We have never had a bad meal here. The offerings are based on what is available locally and in season. Once you've tried their desserts, you'll have a tough time eating anyone else's... More

Our first trip to Linn's was a pleasant experience. Mother's Day breakfast started with the Olilliberry (?) Sparkle a pleasant alternative to the mimosa. The Inside/Outside omelet was delicious and the Eggs Benedict were well prepared and tasty, “done to perfection” was the description. My wife's tri-tip and eggs were excellent and for someone as picky about how her eggs... More

We went there for dinner. We ordered New England clam chowder soup and fish. The soup was very watered down, and tasted like it was turning sour. It was terrible. We had one sip and were afraid of getting sick from it later on in the evening. It seems that that are skimping on their food because their coffee was... More

we went for breakfast one day, very good homestyle meals... $$$ muffins... it was nice cause they took the order, we got the kids a muffin, and they brought it with the drinks, so the kids could munch on it while they wait for the food... our food was all really good, and timely...

We stopped at the Linn Restaurant before driving back to San Fran after a couple of relaxing days in Cambria. The Linn Restaurant is high on quality with farm fresh breakfasts and homemade bakery treats. I tried the cinnamon roll that was too much with breakfast (but made a good treat for the road). My husband was adventurous and tried... More
