Average food

I visited Lombardi's for the first time this summer, and I thought the food was average, but overpriced for what it was. I ordered a salad with cheese, and it arrived with five slices of cheese (like what you would put on a sandwich) underneath a mix of vegetables. It was definitely surprising but... read more

We went online and Lombardi's looked good; we called, ordered a medium pizza, as there were two of us. We ordered eggplant, pine nuts, extra cheese and pesto. We got to the restaurant, paid $23, and waited. The box arrived. It was so light, we opened it to check our order, and the small, thin-crust pizza was too small to... More

Had been here on a previous visit to Cambria. I remembered the food being delicious and just had to find it again. On this visit I was greeted by a sign that clearly stated that they "serve bottled water only for .75c" I know we are going through a drought, but most restaurants have switched to "water upon request" policies,... Standard Italian fare, at a reasonable price (in comparison with the rest of Cambria). Served a purpose, but nothing special.

Lombardi's is very consistent with their food. I love the pene pasta with the mushrooms and marinara. Their garlic bread is delicious and the house salad and the house dressing are delicious! Our service was fast and friendly. Cambria is going through a MAJOR DROUGHT right now, so every eatery charges for water now. No problem. My mom's was delicious... More

My husband and I have eaten Dinner here on Saturday night several times over the past 3 years, and have always had incredible food and service. (I’m a diehard “Foodie”, and recognize quality food when I taste it!) Having grown up on the coast, I used to gravitate towards fish and seafood dining along the waterfront. My husband prefers Italian,... More

Our motel recommended this place and TA reviews rated it quite highly. Service was very friendly and efficient, prices were reasonable for food and beverages. But, it must be us because we thought our pizza's less than good. Not very hot and the topping just did not hit the spot, even though they had fresh tomatoes on top. Perhaps it... More

Stopped here after looking through the shops in town. The restaurant was very clean. The service wasn't the fastest but was adequate. The pizza I had was excellent. Not at all greasy and nice thin crust. My husband had the minestrone soup. He really liked it. Can't remember what my daughter ordered but she was happy with her food as... More

We trekked down the hiking path from our cabin to downtown looking for restaurants for dinner. Because we came in early June, not much was open yet. I like Italian food. And mom & pop places usually have excellent cooks with excellent food and a homey atmosphere. Excellent food? Well, I would say it was close to it. =) I... More
