Went to Las Cambritas for dinner the other night. Service a bit slow but the food more than made up for it. We started with the bbq'ed Mexican corn cob. Really good! Smothered in butter, mayo, spices and parmasian cheese. I had shrimp, beef and pork tacos. The beef was exceptional and the pork was very good too. Nice big... More

Since moving from San Clemente to the Denver area, hard to find real Mexican food, only tex mex! Blah! Had a yummy margarita and best roasted corn ever!! Ordered tostada appetizer. So much food. Very authentic. Service a bit slow, but hey... We are on Cambria time!

An excellent selection of food and drinks. Prompt and friendly service for humans and dogs. Food authentic. Even had water bowls for the dogs.

I know it sounds sexist but the margaritas are so pretty and smooth its a little embarrassing drinking them being a macho stud like me. I really liked this restaurant as did my wife. It has a real local feel, the food is good and the waitresses though slow (understaffed) are friendly. Its not the most swank place if that's... More

We had the pork Carnitas and the Seafood Fajitas and both were wonderfully unique. Authentic family-owned Mexican cuisine in a lovely environment

Six of us stopped in for dinner and we all loved our meals. Between us we had fajitas, the chile verde special, and paella. Everything arrived hot and all dishes were flavorful and more than generous. The menu was not your run-of-the-mill Mexican dishes. There were several more inventive and interesting offerings. Our server was friendly and efficient. Margaritas were... More

Horribly slow service and not overly friendly unless you are a regular. Food only very fair. Served bottled water because of the draught but charged for the water, didn't tell us. Draught is not our fault, so shouldn't charge me for the water, but tell me if you are going to.

The food was good. The service wasn't stellar, but it wasn't BAD either. We found it strange they made us pay for water because of the drought. It's a nice place for a quick lunch.

I've eaten here 5 times and have never been disappointed. The Mexican food is classic California Mexican cuisine, and there are healthy choices on the menu. The back patio option is nice and the service was very friendly.

By far, this is the best Mexican food in Cambria in terms of quality, freshness, and price. Their portions are more than generous, as are the free chips and salsa. I do have two (minor) complaints: the bar crowd and interior acoustics combine to make the restaurant awfully noisy. Outside live music on Sunday afternoons is a plus, except that... More
