Yummy and creative cocktails. Good happy hour. Fun food. You can sit outside. Good service. Lots to choose from on the menu. Accommodating for large groups. Call ahead and talk with Dan. They are very hospitable!

Always good in a pinch. Nice pizza's. Order the Meat Balls! Very good. About 50 wines by the glass, but not on gas. Don't see how they can maintain freshness. Service is friendly.

Great meal at this classy Italian. Modern interior creates a funky stylish atmosphere. Combine this with excellent food and attentive service makes for a superb evening. All the dishes we ordered were winners.

All 4 of us had a different pasta dish. Each was cooked perfectly and the sauces were very good. I had the meatball and it was just okay but that was the only negative and a small one at that. 2 of us had the beet salad. It was truly awesome. Next time I'll have 2 salads and a bottle... More

We travelled the US for a month and were sick of the crap food served at exorbitant prices throughout. My wife and I shared two dishes the Lasagna and the Beef & Pork Ragu with spaghetti. The meal was so good we cancelled a reservation at another restaurant and went back a second time and guess what, just as good... More

We made reservations at open table and they sat and served us quickly. Staff was wonderful. There was a line outside the door waiting to get in. Great food.

We went a little early to take advantage of their happy hour. The bartender made great suggestions on wines to pair with our appetizer. I highly recommend the appetizer called "Burrata e Pizzetta" and add the prosciutto to it - absolutely delicious! I had the Cavatelli pasta which was also fantastic - really nice to have the sweetness from the... More

Stopped here for appetizers and wine. Good selection of wine and we enjoyed our appetizers. Funky, fun decor and charm plus a great staff.

We have been coming to Calistoga for 30 years. We have stayed at the Mountview many times and have always enjoyed eating there. The space that Barolo is in now used to be this great art deco bar. Sorry to see that go but wow! - Barolo hit it out of the park on the food alone. If you try... More

We walked in without a reservation and were lucky to get a great table by the window. (I suggest you reserve and ask for it.) When the evening cooled, they opened the window. Service was very friendly, but not intrusive. There are lots of half-bottles offered on the menu. The four of us were pleased to try 3 half bottles... More
