Unpretentious service and good food. Our pastas and fish were delicious, cleanly made with excellent ingredients. The red neon lights are rather distracting, but other than that, no complaints!

Barolo was recommended by our hotel. It is small, so very intimate. There was a variety of locals and tourists dining. We sat at the bar, and our server recommended a lovely Riff Pinot Grigio. The thin crust pizza was yummy, and totally hit the spot.

A fantastic find! Truly great food and wonderful service. We were seated promptly and given a moment to review the menu before our very knowledgeable server Matt helped guide our dining journey. Matt began by helping us decide on a wine first asking our preference then giving us bit of a blind tasting to let us discern our preference. We... More

Just having been to Italy, we were excited to see this small intimate establishment in Calistoga on our wine tour. Sitting outside by the sidewalk was great. We were a bit disappointed in the liquor choices as they do not stock Grey Goose and had run out of McCallum Scotch. They made up for it with fried asparagus appetizer followed... More

We stopped in for happy hour. The restaurant is small so I think reservations would be needed for dinner. Of all the restaurants in Calistoga that we ate in this is the best. They don't have a large happy hour menu but the food made up for it. The happy hour wines were also good. The risotto mozzarella ball was... More

I feel like I was in a different place than all these reviewers. I picked this place because of the great reviews. I do not know what happened on Saturday night, but our food took an hour to arrive at the table. Our server did not even show up with the bread until after we were waiting 30 minutes. He... More

We had salads and pizzas which were fine if not memorable. Service was attentive and friendly. Prices weren't out of line for a Wine Country restaurant. But the noise will make me think twice before I revisit. If I can't carry on a conversation with my dinner partner I'd rather stay home.

Attached to the Mount View Hotel, it is has a really comfortable atmosphere. The Gnocchi was out of this world as was the Bruschetta. Service was excellent.
