We chanced into this place for breakfast on Saturday and liked it so much we went back on Sunday. I had a wonderful Fritatta with a half a plate full of fresh cut fruit. The wedge of fritatta was thick yet fluffy and decadent. Service was quick and the coffee and tea refills were plentiful. On Sunday I had a... More

We weren't super hungry, so had several appetizers and they were really great. The steamed mussels in the coconut milk broth were VERY WELL DONE!!!!! Excellent job. Thanks

We came here for lunch and ordered the calamari with a delicious aioli dip, Mac and cheese which was a good size serving for under $6, and the burger which was large enough to share. Casual setting where customers seat themselves, so no waiting for a table, great ambiance and friendly staff.

if you are hungry for a great burger, this is your place! Burgers are large, may want to share, or you will be full for hours! Fries are good, ice tea very acidic, however they do offer a full bar.

Finding a TV in Napa Valley can be difficult had to ask a local. This is how we found Hydro. Ambiance galore, abundant food, wine and alcohol. I ordered oysters $2.00 a piece but they were the juiciest, flavorful oysters I've ever eaten and I've eaten my fair share from Nantucket to Florida to Louisianna to The golf coast. The... More

After a morning soaking in the famous Calistoga mud baths, a hearty, oozing, burger with a cold beer is a great sequel. The Hydro refers to an extensive spirits bar, but we felt we were doing pretty well not ordering wine. Service, ambience, and of course the fries, were all excellent.

The food here is mediocre to bad, plain and simple. I wasnt expecting creative or different, just well executed fairly basic American fare. It was not. The appetizer plate, which I think is kind of a poor man's charcuterie, was really disappointing. The cheese was blue cheese, 3 tiny crostini that werent toasted enough and the cheap salami didnt help.... More

I've only eaten here twice. Once for breakfast on Thanksgiving, and it was the best Huevos Rancheros! Last week I was there for dinner and ordered their ribs. I didn't pay attention when I ordered so was surprised when it arrived with the 2/3rds of the plate covered with french fries. They were kind enough to salute up some veggies... More

Elvis was in the house on New Years Eve. Was dancing on tables and entertaining all, especially the ladies. He plays there about once a month and always a full house. Alex, the owner, has fantastic bands and lots of local brewery's to chose from and fantastic cocktails!!
