Nice local food with a twist. Steak is good. I like the food here for the most part but wish they would do more big salads with chicken since it is a spa or lighter food in general. Staff are wonderful but food can be hit or miss depending on the night. Nice place to have lunch and sit outside... More

We went for dinner (6 of us) and we had a great evening. The whole meal was flawless. Service was excellent, ambiance was great. The restaurant was full, but the noise level was not bad at all. Definitely need reservation. This restaurant is inside the Solage resort, but the restaurant is open to public. Service and food were top notched... More

Went there on a rainy Sunday, the place was packed. Service was exceptional and as far as i am concerned you do not need to look at the menu. Order the sliders and the lucky pig. With 2 people you will not finish the pig but you will want to

We came at 10 am for Sunday bruch. I wanted to try their Lucky Pig, but our waiter said they didn't serve brunch until 11 am. I wish they posted the times on their website. While I enjoyed the duck confit hash, I did use a liberal amount of tabasco sauce. I really liked my potatoes, which were not greasy.

Excellent food. Great atmostphere and modern shiek type of vibe. It is expensive but well worth it if you are foodie. Brought my own bottle and the wine manager came over to open and I requested a decanter and was happy to provide and pour.

We stumbled across this by getting input over breakfast at the Cottage Grove Inn. We stopped by, spoke to the evening Front of the House Manager "Moritz", and were convinced this Michelin 1 Star restaurant was a MUST DO. We weren't disappointed! Impeccable service, and almost as good as a tasting menu at Bocuse, except FAR closer.

Four of us had lovely dinner here on a busy Friday night with excellent service and delicious innovative food. We each tried different first courses including composed salads served in artistic ways. Other courses ranged from dumplings to chicken to steak - all delightful. And we had room for dessert - thank heavens. Loved the service and ambiance and food... More

Both times we visited Solbar it has been wonderful. The food and service were excellent. I like the differentiation between the lighter and heavier menu items. This last visit I had seared ahi tuna and a carrot salad with vinaigrette. Both were wonderful and the tuna was the best quality I've ever had. My husband ordered the chicken which was... More

My wife and I were married on the property some years back, and we try to visit annually, for at least one dinner (we prefer to stay at Indian Springs, but Solage is a great resort, too). Our visit last weekend was very special, mainly because the staff goes out of its way to help commemorate our return, and beyond... More
