Not bad

We tend to end up eating here after spending half a day traveling so I'm not sure if we do it justice. Kincaids has a decent view of the bay, the airport and for those with really good eyesight downtown SF! We both had the prime rib which was tasty & perfectly cooked but for me the Yukon gold... read more

Great quality of food, prices comparable to general upscale restaurants . The steak was very good. And so was the chocolate dessert. We will definitely go there again.

Place smelled musty. Think it's time to replace its floor coverings. Food was average, border line on being too spicy. Wines from list not all available and staff tried to up sell us without compensating for its lack of the wine we wanted. Staff was nice and courteous, however.

I was in San Francisco on business and stayed at the Hilton Airport Bayfront hotel. Looking for a restaurant, I noticed that Kincaid's was a short walk from the hotel. Located right on the bay the restaurant offered beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows. At my servers suggestion I opted for the the crab stuffed steelhead trout sitting... More

Great views all around. I had the sockeye salmon special. It was a little over done but the flavors were good. The after lunch coffee was good but we were ignored after it was served. it would have been nice to get a refill since i was paying over $60 for lunch for two. Service had been decent until then.

We had a recent meal here with a party of 6 after having a fabulous meal here appx 1 yr ago. I was really looking forward to it and it didn't disappoint. For starters we had the baked brie and artichoke dip: both were super. For mains, my husband and I split the scallops and a NY steak, med. rare.... More

If you are staying at the Hilton or Embassy Suites, no need to drive to have dinner. Walk over to Kincaid's for a great meal. I recommend sitting at the bar, especially when Elaine is behind the bar. There is something for everyone on the menu and the have quite a few combination plates to mix seafood with beef. Oh... More

I hadn't been to Kincaid's in sometime but always liked it. Panoramic bay view, great bar, lively but not too loud. So when a buddy and I decided to get together for steaks and a California Cabernet it seemed like a good time to catch up with an old favorite -- and I wasn't disappointed. I felt like a cocktail... As expected, the experience was very good. The wine selection was good and the food and appetizers was delicious. We had a walk in large group and they were able to accommodate us.

We came on a Friday night and it was not particularly full. The wait staff was excellent and other service folks were quick in clearing out emptied dishes and filling glasses. The prime rib was very tender but the string bean was a bit disappointing. Some were tough to chew into, a surprise for us that this was actually served.... More
