So-so food

Went here with my wife when we were stopping over at a hotel near SFO. I've been there before on similar overnight stopovers. It seemed to me to have declined. The food was only average an closer to TGIF level fare. Service was ok but the overall ambience felt a little run-down. I'll be trying... read more

The view and the service are good, but I can't understand why this place is so popular. The food is way overpriced and is mediocre. My wife had a mahi mahi at about $30 which was fresh enough but with a boring sauce and presentation. I had the petit cut of prime rib, also around $30. Although it was cooked... More

Kincaid's is large but still feels welcoming. The food is good, the wine list is extensive for several California grape varietals and we were impressed by the many offerings by the glass. The view of the Bay is great and so is the view of planes landing at the airport at night.

I'd start this by say we were a group with a set menu. About 40 of us in total. Service was great, the staff being very friendly and patient - especially important as we were a multi-lingual group with only a few people English as a first language. Drinks and some tasty appetisers were provided quickly and then it went... More

Booked a reservation using Open Table. This is the third time I have used Open Table for dinner reservations and it works great! I put in a request through Open table to the restaurant, that if all possible to give us a window table as the restaurant is located on the shoreline of San Francisco Bay, with a view of... More

And it's right on the water. Delicious Maytag blue cheese salad, great bread and lots to choose from - not just seafood, but also choices from the land.

Loved the ocean view and decor. Loved the food: Lobster Bisque and Prime Rib roast main. They have Security in the carpark, keeping an eye on the patrons car. That's a real plus in this city!!

If you are staying at the airport, this is a terrific find. Located along the water, a lovely setting. There is a sporty bar section and a nicer dining section. We had no reservations on a Tuesday night, but we walked in when it was fairly busy and had a lovely table by the window. The service was impeccable, it... More

It had been a few years since we had eaten here. We had guests flying home on a red-eye and decided to go to dinner here before their flight because it is so close to SFO. So, we did not have a view, but the two year old remodel was very nice and lightened up the interior space. Unfortunately, the... More

I went here with my buddy on New Year's Eve, as we were staying at the Red Roof Inn just down the street and we were craving steak or prime rib. The meal was simply amazing, definitely not cheap, but worth it.
