I always seem to like it when I eat here. The food is flavorful, I really like the potato soup, filet mignon and the green beans are delicious. I also like the choice of desserts. I am not a big fan fo chocolate or cheese cake which seems to be the standards for most places. But the cowboy chocolate chip... More

First off I will say the service was excellent. Other than than the potato skin appy it was very poor. Teriyaki Sirloin needed a saw to cut through it. Pretty sure the new york strip still had the marks from where the jockey was whipping it and the chicken and ribs were vey dry. Would not go back.

Went here for my nieces Birthday. Service was extremly slow. Out of 4 orders 2 were wrong. One prime rib was 3/4" thick the other order was 1/4" thick. The bread arrived after the meal was done. When asked to speak to the manager he/she never appeared. We were given another order of prime rib & my niece didnt get... More

Located right next to the Residence Inn, this restaurant had great service and good food. Our waiter had a great personality, and after he forgot one item for my son (which he then brought), he brought a huge cookie for the table to enjoy for dessert. We had a great time and one of the reasons was our waiter -... More

The lunch special was great. Too much food. For the price you could not beat it. It's always been one of our favorite places to eat.

I didn't cafe for the manager that politely came to the bar and called our name when our seats were ready, because after he called our name he decided to stop and talk with somebody at the bar while we stood there waiting for him... A fellow Chiver Sarah H was very cool. The kitchen over cooked a medium filet... More

I looked up Black Angus steak house before arriving in Burbank. It was just next door to our hotel. I made reservations for New Years Eve and decided to try it our the night before. There were few people there that night & our food took 45 minutes. My soup was cold when it came out. Needless to say we... More

First, I normally do not eat at this particular Black Angus Steak House for the very same reasons I am about to list below, but as it was my Birthday and I needed to use the coupon before the 31st, I opted to eat here rather than forgo the dinner. 1. I was seated immediately, but my server was nowhere... More
