Incredibly good food. Primarily, Cuban. Everything was fabulous. Had potato balls. Lechon (pork sandwich with garlic and onion), plus all the bakery items. Can't forget the fresh squeezed OJ, and fabulous coffee. The prices are unbelievable...the best value I have ever seen. I tried everything my group had ordered. Everything was great. One nice thing, was that nothing was overly... More

I can't even explain just how amazing a place this is! I was curious how great it would be after hearing my son RAVE about it..but it truly met all his great reviews! The Mango smoothies were truly the best I have ever had. Salads, sandwiches, potato balls...you name it, everything was delicious! I couldn't believe the prices, extremely reasonable.... More

Wow Portos was the only place open to us because we visited on 4th July and it was packed . But the sandwiches and wraps were remarkable good and fair value. This seems like a popular spot as it was full and you have to join a line to order, but it doent take long and it is well worth... More

Couldn't believe the array of food in a cabinets and the queue to be served was long. There were so many choices which made it really difficult. The potato ball is totally amazing. Got to try this at least once when you get to LA

Wow! What an overrated, chaotic, noisy "food-court" of a restaurant! First, you'll have to shout to be heard, then you'll wait in a 15+ min line. You'll find a menu with NO vegetarian options (even the Caprese sandwich is loaded with prosciutto). When the food arrives everything is served on tacky black STYRAFOAM plates and plastic utensils. The hot food... More

The most beloved bakery in all the land, everyone in Glendale agrees that Porto’s is worth every extra minute you’ll put in at the gym. Then again, you’ve got plenty of time to stretch while waiting in line—even during “off” hours it can take 20 minutes to secure yourself the Holy Grail: a Porto’s cheese roll. Yummm.

The Cuban sandwich and all the pastries are divine, but the line you have to wait in, and it is so noisy and chaotic is a bit of a turn off.

We've been going to Porto's in Burbank for years and, while the food is still good, it's not always consistent in quality. Service is courteous, but often messy (they charge the wrong thing or put the wrong thing in the bag) and some of their bread is often not available until late morning, which makes it inconvenient if you want...
