The food was superb at this restaurant and also had an excellent waiter. It also had a cozy feeling with nice decor. Our only complaint was that the drinks were rather expensive.

Don Cuco was right across the street from our hotel, the outside appearance was inviting so we decided to give it a try. The place was packed, couldn't even get into the bar area but the hostess was great about getting us a margarita while we waited for a table. We took our drinks outside to enjoy on the patio... More

It was expensive for the quality. Beers were $6, margaritas $8. I had Tacos al Pastor y al Carbon, which were unremarkably flavored. Another dish I had on another visit was Camarones a la Diabla, which was coarsely flavored and overcooked (rubbery shrimp). But the service was very good.

If you're staying at the Tangerine, this restaurant is not only convenient but very good value for money. The food is fresh, authentic mexican and you can't go wrong with their margaritas which are generously large and surprisingly strong.

I've been to Don Cuco's many times and always have a great time. Its dimly lit but lively atmosphere has a charm all its own and the margaritas never disappoint. Be careful thought... they pack a nice punch. Great food with a wide selection on the menu from beef to chicken to seafood... carne asada to crab enchiladas it's all... More

We had an appetizer here and it was better than our main dinner later at a place in La Habra. It's kinda small and dark inside so we elected to sit outside and watch the world go by. The Mexican pizza on a flour tortilla was very good but I had to stop eating!Dang it!

This is a Zagat rated restaurant with a great street presence -- that is what drew us in. There is patio dining, a bar scene and dining rooms. Love the decor too. The food was really good, but here is the best tip -- SHARE. The portions are large and you get your choice of soup or salad along with... More

First time here and it was very busy on Friday at 5pm. There were no seats available at the bar so we were seated at a comfortable table. There was quite a mix of patrons from families to daters and it was very loud and somewhat difficult to have conversations because the restaurant was so loud. Several wait staff walked... More

Don Cuco's in Burbank is consistently good. The fajitas are terrific here. Margaritas are yummy. You know they take care of their employees because the same people have been working there for YEARS! Service is always good. I prefer sitting in the front room. It feels cozier and the padded booths are quite comfie. Larger groups and your kids seem... More
