If you like the nostalgia and the fact the place is the first location, it is iconic. The memorabilia is also worth the stop. There is ample parking located in the rear of the restaurant. We stopped on a Saturday around 1:00pm. It was not crowded and only had a short wait for service. The server was super friendly, prompt... More

I hadn't been to Bob's in awhile. This Bob's in particular. Decided to stop in one morning to get some pancakes since I was craving them. I was nearby so what better place to stop? Well, I was a bit disappointed. I sat at the counter and it took a little for someone to take my order. After that the... More

I have been going here my whole life. Family friendly which is a great thing. They support local charities. Host cars shows. Friendly employees. Fast service. Love the big boy combo.

I grew up in the area and the Big Boy is a late night tradition with onion rings and blue cheese dressing for dipping. It takes me back to late night partying and Bob's has the food to end the night. Best cherry cokes!

This is a place that's been around since I was in high school (a long long time ago). It brings back a lot of memories. The food is basically the same as back then with a few small exceptions. The food is not really the reason people go there for the most part. It's the atmosphere and nostalgia, but having... More

We planned this trip to Bob's Big Boy for months. Even family members back in Tennessee were excited for us because we talked about it so much. I was especially excited to go on Friday night because of the classic car cruise in. On that Friday, we actually changed plans and chose Bob's Big Boy instead of Disneyland. We also... More

My granddaughter and I had breakfast on Thanksgiving Day morning at Bob's. The décor is the usual spic and span Bob's 50s style with very nice booths and long counter. I had the Country Boy with coffee and my granddaughter had the pancakes with blueberries and milk. The large pancakes were covered with the blueberries in heavy syrup and she... More

There used to be several Bob's restaurants throughout California that disappeared over time, but this is one of the originals that is still around. The Big Boy burger combo is exactly the same as I have always remembered....the "Silver Goblet" milkshakes are still thick and frosty...served in a glass topped with whipped cream and a cherry...PLUS the extra leftovers in... Great looking classic drive in burger joint. Clean, easy parking. Burgers and fries are good. Great place to take kids to see what going out to eat use to be like. Usually cool vintage cars in parking lot to see also.
