This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that deter you. Outstanding service, excellent food and a nice, quaint atmosphere.

Very clever handle! I have several friends from Iowa.
Anyway thank you for the nice review I will pass it along to our staff. We do not like soda's or any product with corn syrup, sorry Iowa, so we use only drinks made with real sugar.; they are not always easy to find.

Nice relaxed, casual setting; great bar area where you can also take your meal if dining alone. Most people go for the pizza, but the real "sleeper" here are the main entres. All of the dishes are made with love....portions are more than adequate for sharing by two.

This restaurant is close to the Oakwood Apartments. While they will deliver to you, I'd recommend going to this quaint little restaurant in person. The staff are friendly and treat you like a local.

I am a little gluten intolerant myself so I did a great deal of research in selecting a good pasta and pizza crust.

The atmosphere is not funny, just plain tables in rows. It could be referred to as being Warner Bros. adjacent. For a small restaurant, the Saturday evening comedy is a nice plus with average priced dishes. The service could be considered slow, but it seemed to be coordinated to be certain we would still be there for the comedy show....
