I've been to Firestone several times now. I wasn't really impressed any of those times, but I did want to comment on the experiences. Their evening bartender (part-time EMT, I think), is awesome. We went on a Thursday evening. I had the steak and cheddar pizza $13, my wife had the chicken special $18 (not sure exactly) and a friend had the fish and chips $18. Everything tasted great! I can't really comment on the resturant it's self since we had take out. But still gave Service, Value and Atmosphere a four based upon how good the food is. My only complaint if it is one. Is I asked for Ranch with my salad on the side. And they put Blue Chesse on the salad instead.... more

Fried chicken is Tap Room's Thursday special ... chicken was tender and tasty, cut size was generous, tasty mashed potato, and a slice of fruit was just the perfect side to finish my dinner! ... A nice selection of some very well crafted beers put this establishment up with the best breweries we've visited. We especially liked the Porter, but the Double-Barrel Ale was very good too. We (my GF and I) went here for dinner after a day of wine tasting throughout the Santa Ynez valley. We had no problem getting in even though it was around 6:30 on a Saturday.
