Good small town eating place

You can tell this is a local's favorite. Usually busy, but service is goid. A few pool tables and TVs. I have been here several times traveling and have not had a bad meal. It's basic American fare with pizza. Prices are fair. Drinks are well priced. Clamper friendly

We ate at Rhino's twice. The first time was eat-in. I got a Rhino's Chicken Salad: breaded chicken breast with hot sauce, bacon, cheese, and vegies. My husband got the Cobb salad. We also enjoyed some Alaska Amber beers. Two each. We left full and happy. Prices were reasonable. The 2nd time we took out a pizza: large veggie. The... More

Saturday in March, nothing north or south and there it was, OPEN and frequented by locals . We didn't expect much but the burgers were gourmet quality as were the fries. A fine selection of beers on tap. Friendly server.

Walked in at 1pm on Sunday. Only game in town. No one to seat you. No sign to seat yourself. After 10 minutes. Nothing. No wait staff. Looked around. About 6 tables with people. Looked like a redneck place. Guess they didn't want to serve Asians because besides us, one other Asian family. They had nothing on their table. We... More

Due to the winter season, the only restaurant in Bridgeport which was still open and lucky for us it was great. Sierra Nevada pale ale on tap, and delicious steaks.

The staff at Rhino's took very good care of us. The pizza was one of the best I have had. Ready to visit with the Staff again.

The first attempt at the medium rare ribeye was a medium well done dry steak with withered mushrooms, second attempt was a rancid steak, the tri tip platter was great. Maybe the burgers are better. Bartender was excellent though!

I had the turkey club sandwich and my husband had the teriyaki swiss burger. Both were good. They came with lots of fries.

We enjoyed a nice lunch here. The have a extensive menu of various types of food. Portions are good as well as the service. Pricing is very fair for what you get. We will definitely be considering a return visit here on our next visit to Bridgeport.

Although Rhino's has a great reputation for their pizza, their sign outside does not agree with their printed menu. The printed menu does say that Pizza is available after 5 pm. I understand the approach for weekdays; but, I think anytime after 12 noon on weekends or holidays would be better. This was our second attempt at pizza on a... More
