This is a great place to take kids out for a nice treat without breaking the bank!! Family of five can each have a cone and flavor to suit each one for a five dollar bill!! Seating can be hard to have, but there is a nice shaded bench across the street (in front of another fav--Sticky Chicken and Ribs)... More

Now, that was a saying I grew up with as a youngster in New Zealand but now that I have tasted of John's delights I want to yell it out again. This is a great place for a scrumptious dish or cone of Ice cream. Just about any flavor you can think of and the quality is fabulous. Nothing old... More

$1 scoops...I was expecting some stale, freezer burned, plain ice cream. I was so surprised by their different flavors and quality ice cream. Did I mention that their scoops are $1. Try their Ube flavor, its very tasty.

Only $1 a scoop and it is great to be able to treat the grandkids to a treat without breaking the bank. They loved the Bubble gum ice cream and it brought back memories of taking our own kids out for ice cream and them loving the bubble gum as it was 2 treats in one.

This is an ice cream parlor. I love their flavors and these are reasonably priced at $1 single scoop. I tried their chocolate peanut butter. They also serve Magnolia brand ice cream. Yum, yum!

Just took my other family members from Sac Town to try this ice cream place. Aside from impressing them with the $1.00 per scoop price, they loved the flavors. The ice cream flavors ordered: Pineapple Coconut Halo Halo Green Tea Chocolate Chip Birthday Cake There is a flavor for everyone! Give John's Ice Cream a try!

What's not to love about a scoop of ice cream for $1. They have lots of flavors to choose from and they change from time to time, so there's always something new, but the staple flavors are always available too! There's some funky flavors on occasion to try out too.

When we are out for the day someone in car says "I want icecream". Its nice to know I can take the girls there without breaking my wallet like some other trendy icecream parlors. Many favors to choose from and still a $1.00 a scoop. So yes I want icecream too!
