If you order the creamy Cole slaw you won't be getting it...

The Cole slaw they call creamy is dry dry dry? What a puzzle and disappointment but other wise the food is what you expect it's ok, diffently not great. Service very slow. They sat us in the garden room which had 5 or 6 tables of 6 to 8 persons each. It was a complete shouting match. No... read more

Great lunch with large menu. Serving sizes were large as well. Enjoyed the brisket sandwich and strawberry lemonade. Food was served hot and quickly, we had a group of 7, so it was an effort to get us all complete so fast. Everyone commented that the food was good and there was a wide variety of orders. Parking, prices and... More

You used to get more for the money but they have cut back and raised prices. For example, you now only get one side with dinner.

Lucille's came highly recommended by clients while visiting California. Friendly atmosphere, nicely decorated, fantastic food and great house wine. Definitely would recommend to others and if I am back in the area, I will visit again!

I went to the Lucille's in Lake Forest, not the one in Brea. But they all do the same menu. Biscuits, garlic mashed potatoes, smoked ribs -- all very good. Fried chicken -- not so much. Loved the biscuits. They came with honey butter, but I wish they had served them with plain butter and jam on the side. Atmosphere... More

We love this place. It is loud, busy and wonderful. The food is messy and tasty. Ribs, aged and smoked and lots of them. Bring the family, ask for a bib, you are going to meed it. No reservations here, first come first served so come early. Yo our going to love this place.

Lucille's quality is consistent - always good. Although crowded they do have call ahead seating. The portions are very large and easily shareable. Great food for a fair price.

This was our first time eating at Lucille's. It was the best food we had on our vacation. The chicken was really moist and had great flavor. The sides were all delicious, the cornbread is excellent! There is a wide variety of menu items, even veggie burgers that are to die for. The service was wonderful. Can't wait to go... More

Family tried something different and ordered Lucille's smoked turkey dinner. We love this restaurant so expected good food. $160 for smoked turkey, biscuits, garlic mashed, sweet potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole, stuffing, salad, cranberry sauce, stewed apples, butter, and sweet potato pie. In short, a lot of food! The good: Turkey was lightly smoked and tasty, though a bit tough.... More
