If you are looking for "Old World" fine dining this is one of the best in Santa Cruz County (Shadowbrook in Capitola being the other). The atmosphere is old world, the service is excellent, and the food is superb. The menu is large and varied. We had Saltimbocca (Veal wrapped in prosciutto and cheese), the pepper steak flambe (done at your... More

a great place to take guests and have a special occasion, or just to have a fine meal at the end of a busy day.

Really great food and lovely ambiance. Definately a good place for special occasions but also just to go for a family dinner. The bar is nice and has plenty of room if you just want to go for a drink and some snack. We went for thanksgiving last year and they had amazing food as well as the whole regular... More

We went to Scopazzi's with older family members who had dined there often back in the 1960s, When we walked into the rather dark bar area they said it hadn't changed a bit since then (it also smelled strongly of stale booze and the carpet looked worn and stained), but then we were shown to the lovely covered patio which... Although I would drive miles to get to Scapozzis I love that it is right down the block. I've dined here for almost forty years and wether it is an event diner a fundraiser or a romantic diner for two you can always count on quality and service! It is always a pleasure! Great wine selection and besides wonderful menu... More

My husband and I stayed in Boulder Creek for our Anniversary weekend at the MerryBrook Lodge and dined at Scoppazi's. The food was yummy, I had the Filet and Lobster and it was delicious, my husband had the Venison and was really impressed. The food was amazing and the service excellent, we have no complaints and can not wait to... More

We stopped at this restaurant for lunch based on the reviews coming out of Big basin park. It was not crowded which kind of made us nervous and there seemed to be only one waitress. However, when she got to us she was professional and polite. The food we ordered was okay. The spaghetti noodles tasted double boiled but the... More

The food is pretty good, given the location and lack of competitors. Fireplace and accordion player set the mood. Nice bar and servers. The dining room is huge. The calamari is excellent. Cocktails are strong. The salmon is decent, and ceaser salad was great. Wonderful stop if you have a day in Boulder Creek.

Bill our bartender makes the best margaritas. Food is good. Customer service outstanding. Reasonable prices. Love it here!

Scopazzi's has been a fixture in Boulder Creek for a very long time and it was nice way to start 2014. The menu hasn't changed much, but, why mess with perfection. They even have a menu from the early 1950's showing there prices! Nice selection on the menu, attentive staff and a very warm a inviting atomoshere.
