After not liking the menus at four previous stops in the little desert town, we thankfully found Pablitos hidden in a little shopping center. We sat out on the patio, which on that April day was not too hot - just right in the shade. We both had fresh fish with our dishes - tacos for my husband and a... More

By 11am the heat can already be overbearing, but the porch with amble ventilation was perfect. All the egg dishes were great and the price was right. The servers were very caring. The single guy next to us was having beer w/ his breakfast. The portion was good till dinner. The art on the walls while not exactly art in... More

I would have never guessed such great Mexican food to be found in tiny Borrego Springs. We stopped for lunch last Saturday and got a very pleasant surprise. The food was amazing! The absolutely the best chili verde I have ever eaten. Not only was the food great but the service was quick and friendly. They have indoor and outdoor... More

I ate here for lunch and it was really good. The service was pretty good as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Authentic Mexican food with a very comfortable patio seating area available. This restaurant has been here for a long time and has a lot of locals who visit. Prices were very reasonable and service was good.

We were very pleased with the food and will definitely be back in April when we go back to Borrego Springs.

Ordered a taco salad in a shell. The entire bottom of the shell was soaked in grease, the ground beef had no seasoning. The food was horrible. We had eaten at Pablito's twice before this experience and were not impressed. If you want good Mexican food in Borrego Springs, go to Carmelita's Mexican Grill. Better food, better service!

There aren't a whole lot of food choices in Borrego, but this nice Mexican restaurant offers good food in clean, friendly surroundings. The chile rellenos and tacos were good, as were the beef fajitas and flautas. I had the beef tostada which had lots of meat, but the oil the flour taco shell was fried in wasn't good, so I... More

i marked pablito's down because the guacamole wan't sufficiently mashed. we tried the quaesadias and the tacos as well as guacamole. the tacos were like puff pastry and were especially good. prices were cheap.

Have been here twice now and have always enjoyed there food and service. Nice quiet location. I will do it again if I get the chance. Borrego Springs is a neat little town.
