Celia Lawley was there playing her fiddle and everything you can imagine. She is quite talented and we enjoyed the music. Hope they will have her back and or at least continue to have live music on the patio.

If you find yourself in Borrego Springs (which you should!), treat yourself to a night at the Krazy Coyote. It is old school service and space (it its best) with an updated menu of quality food and drink.

Coyote Steakhouse (formerly the Krazy Coyote) is one of three high end restaurants in Borrego Springs. It’s #3 on the list in terms of preference and #2 in terms of expense – about $120 for three people (very light on drinks). The chef is inventive – perhaps a bit too inventive in that some of the entrees are too complex... More

Four of us had dinner here early on a Sunday evening, and we all loved it. Wonderful food -- couldn't have been better -- served attentively in a nice setting. We each had the $19 fixed price (good until 6:30) with a reasonably priced liter of house wine ($18). The regular menu is rather pricy but the early menu was... More

The owners Cynthia and David have been believers in the beauty of Borrego Springs for over thirty years, beginning with their quirky Palms at Indian Head B&B. From Cynthia's signature "Seat your Beautiful Selves Down" sign at the entrance, you know you are entering a welcoming and special place. We arrived at 5:00 p.m. in time for the Prix Fix... More

We have been going to this restaurant for the past 7 years. Things have always been pretty slow but the outside seating was so nice we didn't really care. Now to Valentines 2015. Wow, what a disaster. We had heard from several people how slow things had become at the Coyote but a group of us, 13, decided to go... More

The food is average to below average with occasionally rising above average. The worse rack of lamb I have ever had. Staff was excellent.
