Having spent 5 days hiking in the High Sierra on the JMT and having had the most awful motel coffee either end it's good to find somewhere that does good coffee where you can just hang out and catch up on things. Nice relaxed vibe. Now off to Vegas to take the plane....

Stopped in bishop on our way from lone pine to Yosemite. Park round the back and it has a nice patio area in the sun. Happy friendly staff who took some time to prepare great latte's Home made biscuits very nice. Nice place to break up your morning drive. Thanks

We stumbled upon this unexpected delight in Bishop. The espresso coffee was excellent and the staff efficient and friendly. Highly recommend for a break when passing through town.

Good espresso, much better than the cafe over the road. Funky seats and decor and a nice chilled atmosphere to get some work done while getting my morning hit of coffee.

We recently visited Bishop and, of course, fell in love with it. I said to someone, "any place that has a Black Sheep Espresso Bar has got to be a a good place to be..." meaning the good food, good people, good vibe is exactly what you want in a coffee shop. The locals love it.

Popped in here on a cold, wet, windy October day. They had pints of Arrogant B_stard ale on at happy hour prices from 4 to 6! Free wifi works well, friendly staff. I didn't order anything to eat, but others in our group were happy with their food. Definitely a pleasant spot to kill an hour or two.

I don't actually like coffee, but was lured in by the lovely looking sofas. I had a nice hot chocolate instead! Free wifi, and generally a lovely place to hang out. We headed onwards to climb Mt Whitney.....

Love this place. Their latte was perfect and made to order. An excellent place to stop in and grab a hot coffee or espresso before hitting the trails or checking out the foliage! I loved that it was in an old storefront row. Park in the back.

Tried Black Sheep for the first time since they re-opened in a new location with an outside patio out back. Decor is casual and clean. Nice surprise was the food offerings, not much choice but really good. I had a homemade chicken tortilla soup and an excellent vegetarian foccacia bread sandwich.
