We went for dinner and were not disappointed. My wife took a soup to start with which was delicious and chicken afterwards, very tasty. I had a bacon cheeseburguer, the smoked bacon was crunchy, the best I ever had. A lemon pie made it perfect. Price very reasonable. Staff super friendly. Really recommended!!

We stopped at Jack's by chance having just been trying to get served at an overcrowded Holy Smoke Texas BBQ. Unless you must have Texas BBQ, you should go to Jack's instead. We found very impressive service at Jacks, from the time we were seated until we left, the entire staff seemed to work as a team, something I've rarely... More

We had a great breakfast here. Loads of selection and good home made feel. Staff very friendly and quick. Why would anybody go to a fast food restaurant? Recommended!

We spent the night in Bishop on our road trip, after Las Vegas and Death Valley. Vegas was Vegas, factory food etc. Furness Creek, Death Valley was awful food, so when our receptionist at the Motel suggested Jack's we tried it. The food was really good, big portions and the service was great too. There seemed to be lots of... More

I'm going to be a bit biased with this review. I have been going to Jack's since I was a child (1960's) so there is a lot of sentimental value to this place. However, you really can't go wrong having a meal here. The owners and staff are a friendly group and always helpful. Plenty of great options for any... More

It's called Jack's Restuarant & Bakery. The portions are huge. We had their crab cakes benedict, which comes with hashbrowns. Lots of variety on their menu.

Good range of choices, including "smaller portions" - very welcome in this land of enormous servings! Nice eggs benedict with home made hash brown, freshly cooked mini omelette with choice of fillings. Friendly and accommodating staff.

We ate here for dinner and the food was good. The staff was pressed for time and probably could have used another server. We were on our way out of town the next morning and decided to return for breakfast since the dinner food had been good. The server gave us the "tourist" vibe, which was unappreciated. You could tell... More

Really great place to eat! Had wonderful service and amazing food. Our waitress Melissa was happy and cheerful what every waitress should aspire too. The whole team at Jack's were fantastic and a great asset to the nice town of Bishop.
