Yummy lunch

Olive bread made the sandwhich something special and the tomato basil soup was yummy. My friend tried the queens salad, and it looked great.

My husband & I couldnt help but stop here for lunch on our way down the mountain, the charming exterior caught our eyes right away! The inside was just as charming as the outside and so was the service! We were impressed at the couple who own it and their friendly service, so personable, and how they make and decorate... More

We were visiting Big Bear and decided to try this place because it looked nice from outside and had good internet reviews. We made a reservation. Despite a busy Sunday in the city, it was almost empty. It's a very nice tea room; they have many items for sale. There were tables at the middle, surrounded by many fancy gifts... More

Our family ended up hear almost by mistake, I had called to ask if they served dinner and was told they were closed setting up for thanksgiving dinner, which I then inquired about. Sounded good so we went. What a delight, place was old, had been a hotel and brothel in its day. Now, it was a charming tea room.... More

The ambience of this tea room is exactly what I had in mind when I said I wanted to go out for tea. The sandwiches and desserts are to die for. The owners/waitstaff are delightful.

I love this place for the food and the ambiance. It's a little on the pricey side. Men enjoy this tea room as well as women. There were 2 other men in there besides my husband. He had the quiche Lorraine. I had half chicken salad sandwich and soup. Both came with this delicious pasta salad.

Such a wonderful lunch and tea experience. We had a group of 5 and we can all say that the personal attention, the food and overall experience was fantastic. The staff made suggestions, allowed changes, and even found some extra gingerbread scones for us even though we had lunch and not the high tea. The scones were amazing!! Would make... More

This restaurant/tea shop specializes in, of course, tea but has an intriguing and varied menu of interesting salads, sandwiches, even crepes. We had the chicken crepes with corn chowder (quite good) and a salad with cranberries, goat cheese, candied walnuts and a variety of lettuces. Our complaint was not with the food but with our server who pressure us repeatedly... More

A group of us teacher-friends made reservations for Tea Time and it proved to be the best time ever! The restaurant is adorned with cute chotchkies everywhere and the tables were set with pretty lacy and floral decorations. (This is not a good place to go if you are looking for a sports bar!) Hats are provided or you can... More
