They have unusual dishes for breakfast that are sooo good....it's difficult to choose. Happy hour is great and their apps are also terrific. They have outside seating for people watching, which is always fun! 1 block off Rodeo Dr.

My appetizer, or pasapalos, the mini cachapas, were $7. These were mini corn griddle cakes with de mano cheese and served with a fresh sour cream called nata. I am not someone who loves sweet dishes, but the sweet corn in this dish was outstanding. I wanted to give the griddle cakes a standing ovation for the subtle fresh corn... More

Coupa Cafe was a fantastic spot to try. I had never tried authentic Venezuelan cuisine before this and it was amazing. We tried a few appetizers and shared our entrees around the table. The service was great, food was delectable. A definite recommend for anyone visiting LA. Prices are what you would expect for a decent meal with decent portions.... More

I went here with my husband for lunch. It was the perfect meal. Just what we were looking for. All the ingredients were fresh and everithing was nicely cooked. To start, we had the Maracuchitos and, after eating them, we were craving for more! The combination of the white cheese and ripe plantains is just perfect! As the main dish... More

Coupa has an eclectic menu, including everything from Venezuelan to vegetarian. There seems to be something to please just about everyone. The prices are fair, especially given the location. The staff is pleasant and they have a very nice patio in front. This place is good for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert -- or for just a drink.

A friend and I were walking from restaurant to restaurant looking at menus and finally decided on this cafe. We were immediately greeted by not one server/ staff member, but by all three that were working. We selected a table outside and Shane came shortly after with our drink order. My friend and I both ordered the Mediterranean panini and... More
