The staff and the service is top notch. My 3 guest said it was the best steak they have ever had. For me personal it was not my favorite. The way the steaks are cooked the outside is almost burned and is hard. The inside was GREAT. Nice flavor but did not under stand why they would do that to... More

We dined at this restaurant on a Monday night and what a fab night it was. Wolfgang Puck himself was greeting diners and when we asked him what he recommended he suggested the Snakesriver steak. This was amazing, so tasty and tender!! The atmosphere was buzzy and we were fortunate to be seated on a table near to Lionel Richie... More

I have eaten at Spago, Chinois and at least 2 other of Pucks' restaurants thru the years..Even the Brewery that closed in LA.. Being from the east coast his restaurants were always a treat when in California. Cut is every part the seen and be seen place to be..Food is good but a good steak can be had at many... More

Easily my 10th visit to cut. What a shame, all the food is lost on excitement. Nothing was special. Better off taking your special guest to Flemmings. The steak was not hot and is not longer prepared as a special event. I guess wolf is spoiled by the number of covers. I miss my cut !

Most guests think of Cut as a steak house and it does serve great steaks but it also has outstanding fish, short ribs, appetizers, sides, desserts

I can only say it's average because for the prices, I expect better. If you want to eat at a Puck restaurant, go to Spago. There are way better steaks in Beverly Hills.

Listen. Wolfgang can cook. No doubt. Our food was just fine. But at these RIDICULOUS prices, it borders on insulting. Unless one is on an expense account (and judging from the crowd, there were plenty I'm guessing) go someplace where the food/service/ambience is WORTH the money...like Der Winerschnitzel!

Staff very informative and attentive, menu extensive a lot of choice. Could have easily had three or four starters. Main course selection very good, had the Wagyu, I know it's expensive but now and again it's worth it. Not disappointed the steak was great No room for deserts.

We visited Cut Beverly Hills on our recent trip to LA. Walking in I expected an intimate, elegant dining experience with Beverly Hllls swanky style. This is not what is found. Instead, it is a loud, open dining space with little ambiance and cheap seating, place settings and decor. For my meal, I ordered the chicken which was just an... More

Booked a table well in advance of our stay at BE and was very surprised to be kept waiting for 15 minutes. Also to have to stand in lobby as not enough seats for people. The waiter made it up by excellent service but meal was too salty and we left a large amount. The final insult was when we... More
