Fantastic Meat

After having visited some of the top range steakhouses in the US, we decided it was time for Cut. It does not deserve 5 stars only for this reason: the meat is the best we ever tried but, considered that this place cost 2 time compared to other top steakhouses, and given that the meat is not 2... read more

Likes: Tuna tartare and bone marrow flan are both delicious. Their pear martini was great and so was their baked Alaska dessert. Dislikes: Salty food. Cheese tots were salty and tasted like over-salted cheezit crackers.(cheese tots are complimentary). Our steaks were also over-salted. Not only that but we had ordered a Japanese wagyu and a prime filet, which my husband... More

Great atmosphere, best steak I have EVER had in my 34 years of living, in a historic Beverly Hills hotel experience. No more to say.

Ok the prices are high. The setting is great and the food was beyond fabulous. The service was awesome, friendly and unpretentious. I had the tasting of three strip steaks for $135. It was worth every penny. Real Wagyu from Japan was exquisite and a tasting of it was just enough. My partner had the pork chop -- it was... More

Cut is an ultimate steakhouse. Great service, ambiance; and, even better food. Pricey; but, it is Beverly Hills; and, worth it.

I was staying at the hotel where the restaurant is located. The hotel is great, but being very honest, I have tried MUCH better steaks in MUCH cheaper places... The NY Strip was not ok (the appetizer was good, though - a Wangyu Beef sashimi). The wine list is very good, at reasonable prices. The service was very good and... More

This restaurant is operated by Wolfgang Puck. He also has another Cut restaurant in Venetian, Las Vegas. I was really impressed by the ambiance and the menu. Service was impeccable. We had warm veal tongue, Maple glazed pork belly, and Waguy Beef filet mignon. Absolutely mouthwatering! Wine selection was very impressive. Do not waste time and enjoy great experience of... More

This place does it right. Great breads to start. Had an amazing tuna appetizer. The main coarse was cooked perfectly. Had an amazing fruit plate for dessert.

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
