I don't think I've ever had someone bring huge chunks of raw meat to my table to talk me into ordering some of the rarest and most expensive flesh for dinner ... but this is how it's done at CUT. Quite an experience. There was Japanese and US beef, but I found the hybrids the tastiest and the best value.... More

This Michelin starred restaurant was exceptional. My husband and sons said they had never eaten such unbelievable steaks. Such delicious eats to start with too. One of the best restaurants we ate in during our time in California.

I love a good steak and I have been known to pay good money for a good steak. However, there is paying a lot of money and paying far too much money for a steak, and Cut is where that leap is made. The dishes are nicely presented and and the quality is fine. But, the quality of the meat... More

Looking forward to dining at Cut during a recent visit to LA and a stay at the Beverly Wilshire, my family and I were somewhat disappointed by our experience. To start, the front desk had no record of our reservation for June 27. They had us down for May 27th - not sure if the concierge at the hotel made... More

Youre paying for the neighborhood here. The food was comparable to a Morton's or Ruth's Chris, except that it's twice as expensive.

I had a reservation at Cut which the baby beat salad and the Wagyu beef filet from Snake River Farms from Idaho had me sold even before I sat down and placed an order. Once again mirroring the front desk staff the service and restaurant staff was exceptional and quite exquisite. My dinner experience was perfect.

There are many good and great Steak Restaurants in Los Angeles. This one offers excellent quality meat and cooking, as few do, but also breaks with the usual stuffy atmosphere many offer. The light and trendy look (which stands a bit in contrast to the old world charm of the Beverly Wilshire hotel in which it is housed) makes you... More

We purposely arranged our travel itinerary to fit in around a stay at the Beverly Wilshire to take a steak at our favourite restaurant in THE W O R L D ! What a disappointment.... After sharing a very small soft shell crab, then Waited a further 45 minutes in a freezing venue (was placed under the air con or... More

Dined here for dinner. Food was excellent. One of the best steaks I have had however it was the service that ruined the meal. The waitstaff was very good but the pacing of the of meal was terrible. After appetizers we waited approaching 35 to 40 min. for the main course and no one noticed or apologized or bothered to... More

Went for a bite after a day of shopping. It started out well, I ordered a delicious cocktail and glass of wine at the bar....but my food was forgotten. Over the course of an hour, people around me came and went and the cue of my empty plate/unused cutlery went unnoticed by the bar staff. When I asked for my... More
