At times forgotten by the wait staff

The food tasted great - a bit of a small portion for the price but I guess its on Rodeo Drive so what can you expect? The outdoor seating area was very crowded, hard to pass through the tables and as it was busy was left waiting for things such as a water when I ordered my meal. Apart from... read more

We just happened to stumble upon this place while we were out for a walk in Beverly Hills. I was mostly attracted to the outdoor seating! The menu had an AWESOME selection! They offer still or sparkling water. The bartender made a wicked killer drink!.. I got a Moscow mule... which can get messed up easily if the ginger beer... More

We really enjoyed sitting outside people watching and the great weather. We started with calamari for an appetizer and it was pretty good. However it went downhill from there - my friend had a bad tasting and tough skirt steak, I had the WORST lobster roll ever - make from fine chopped cheap junk pieces, the grilled roll had burn... My husband and I have been faithful customers of 208 Via Rodeo for many years now, having visited once or twice every year that we visit Los Angeles for the last 11years or so. It is in a prime location and the food and service has always been good, although we had felt it had gone a bit downhill over... More

Restaurant was very nice, the terrace had a great setting. Food was lovely, staff very friendly but service could have been better especially considering they add a service charge I think maybe it was 15%. Clearly this means you don't have to try for your tip!. Problem with being offered water and had to keep asking which was annoying. Was... More

We ordered their house burger, which costs 25 dollar and then they ask whether they can put this and that (advocado, bacon, ...) on it, which I thought was asked because of allergic reasons and were on it by default but we ended up with a burger of 37 dollars! Yes, for a burger. This kind of burger costs 9... More

We had considered dinner here and decided to stop for coffee/late lunch instead. It was a Saturday afternoon. They have a nice terrace in front of the restaurant with tables very close together. After being seated with menus for 15 minutes and a brief exchange with the waitress that resulted in 2 glasses of tap water, we left. There were... More

If you want to take a break from shopping on Rodeo Drive, look no further than this place. Lovely seating outside and the food is both generous in flavor and proportions. Trust me when I say that it is vital to recharge yourself at this place before continuing doing what we do best. Shopping

It was a very warm day in LA and we had to stop at this establishment - purely because of the beautiful aroma of sea food and truffle. We did not have time to order a meal but did enjoy a cold beverage. We ordered an Aperol Spritz and cold Heineken. We both loved the location and outdoor seating giving... More

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
