Not only do they have beef, they also have seafood. The salmon dish was perfect for those that don't eat beef. The salmon was moist on a bed of couscous with steamed carrots and beans that were crisp. I believe they also have a vegetable platter for true vegetarians. The atmosphere was lively...the only drawback was we were in a... More

When I first read about Lawry's in Beverly Hills, I really didn't know what to think. Should I believe people who said that their meals were good when what they were eating was just about the least culinarily adventurous fare one could get? We are talking about prime rib, mashed potatoes with gravy, Yorkshire pudding, and creamed corn. There is... More

This would have been the best meal ever. But the cream spinach was not so good. Wasn't bad just no flavor. Mashed Potatoes also not bad but not what I would expect from a place like this. My wife had the cream corn with her meal. That was GREAT cream corn. Service was great. Valet staff is super nice. The... More

Lawry's is consistent. The food, the service. The corn is delicious. And of course so is the prime rib. I was disappointed to see how casual most diners were dressing.

Absolutely the best prime rib done to perfection. I wish they would revamp the salad that reminds me of salads decades in the past.

Have enjoyed Lawry's since college (a long time ago), and keep coming back for the best prime rib (now with fish and seafood alternatives) and terrific service. Our most recent visit was perhaps the most enjoyable. Will be back on our next visit to LA.

(Would actually like to give 2.5 stars but since TripAdvisor doesn't allow halfsies, its a 3) Oh how times have changed! I haven't been to Lawry's in a really really long time, but since my wife has never been, we decided the dineLA restaurant week was as good of a time to go as any. (If you've never heard of... More

Come here very hungry and prepare to roll out. If you get the prime rib with all the trimmings, your server will prepare the meal at the table with flare and conversation. Our server was an Irish transplant and so much fun to talk to. The salad was insanely delicious and the side dishes were fantastic. It pricey but worth... More
