The unimpressive exterior left me wanting some bling from the interior & I was not disappointed as I viewed the sub-celebrity dining room where I was seated. The handsome waiters' teeth sparkled. The wall of mirrors brilliantly reflected the light of the beautiful modern chandeliers . The black tabletops glistened as did the silverware & china.( However my dinner plate had... More

I had a reservation for 3 people at 9:30 pm and the girl who should welcome you and see your reservation also taking you to your seat was very disrespectful employe and she shouted at my sis when she asked her about the table coz we waited for 20 more minutes like we are going to eat for free and... If you want an incredible experience of chinese cuisine unlike anywhere else you must indulge at Chow. Pricey but worth every dime...especially the Peking Duck!

We have visited Beverly Hills and have had some pretty amazing food experiences... This was was not one of them!!! Horrendously expensive, lacks any charm or warmth, all the staff except for the English girl who greeted us and our waiter were aloof. The food was ok but nothing special... Very uncomfortable atmosphere....probably one of the worse places we have... More

I have to admit, reputation sent me to the restaurant. After trying the I understand what all the buzz is about. The food was excellent and the wait staff was extremely friendly. I had the signature satay and would highly recommend it! It got a bit crowded later in the evening, but it was well worth going.

Always a perennial favorite in Beverly Hills. You can't ignore the vibe, but the food is always delicious.

This swanky looking restaurant lacks substance. My wife booked a table for 8pm, and as most other reviewers have said, we waited a good hour before we were directed to our table; no apologies, no acknowledgement for the hour wait we spent standing (this did not just happen to us, there were at least another 15 people who had to... Mr Chow is an example of when a restaurant gets arrogant and doesn't care. If you want average food with dreadful service and be kept waiting for 40 minutes in the cramped bar go to Chow - that's the only thing they do consistently. It used to be superb. The wine list serving wines too young is the most expensive... More

Although we had a reservation at 9:00 PM they gave us a table at 9:30 PM and left us sitting at the door for the whole time. In my opinion the manager is very arrogant as he passed by us several times and did not even tell us what is going on. The rest of the staff is very nice... More

Service was excellent, however portions are seriously too small for the price. One sort of wants to laugh when the tiny plate is put in front of you and you remember that it was $35+. Anyway it is a fun scene, and I would go back (if someone else pays!). It's Beverly Hills!
