My wife and I went on July 25th... the service is excellent but the food, portions and price were not, Expect to leave still hungry and your pockets on empty. The portions are like appetizers, I wasn't expecting a $48 dollar main course to be the size of a Ruby Tuesday's appetizer!!!!!!

We didn't know what to expect when we called in a to-go order here. Their menu was not posted online. When we got to the restaurant to pick up our food, the staff was rude and everyone seemed put out to help us. I was surprised that our to-go order for 3 had an automatic gratuity added (which was really... More

OK. So I travel A LOT for business and pleasure and have been lucky enough to eat in a lot of fabulous restaurants around the U.S. Our family ate here based on reputation during a vacation. The food here was good, but not great. Walnut shrimp app was very tasty as was the crab app. The lobster vermicelli, though, was... More

Just ate here the other night. We were seated right away. Yes, the seats are close to each other but that's expected. The food was service rather quickly and the staff go out of their way to get you what you ask for. There is no waiting around to get your server's attention, like many restaurants. If your in Beverly... More

Mr Chow has a very nice address one or two streets away from the famous Rodeo Dr. So when my sister made a reservation I was expecting New York's Buddakan or St Petersburg's opulent Buddha Bar. But Mr Chow's local is nice but average at best... smallish. The server was outstanding doing most of the ordering for us since the... More

Let's all get to an agreement and get the facts out in the open: there's better places to eat in Beverly Hills. But if you want to be seen and to "see," and are willing to pay the price for that privilege with little expectation from the food, you may enjoy the fact this place is almost iconic in all... More

I've been to Mr. Chow in London and Miami and they are both amazing in every way. I probably was comparing the Beverly Hills restaurant with the other two location hence why my rating is low. The food was very good but inside decor was out dating, lots of empty which space on massive walls, it just didn't feel like... More

This place had been highly recommended by a good friend as a must do! We were so disappointed! All seems cool and we received a warm welcome by many different friendly staff. The seating is appalling! They move the table to allow 1 person to sit on the bench and you have to be careful not to trip on the... More

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
