Lovely food but a bit quirky

Had lovely meal here, very relaxing in booth by pool. Food is served tapas style so several small dishes to share - everything tasty and fresh - just took getting used to tapas style and random arrival. Spaghetti lovely, salad with anchovies good, tasty meatballs

Love the cabana! Feeling very relax having a drink at the poolside.... till the kids start playing in the pool. :( The Service: Our server is sweet & attentive. Kitchen is efficient, food is served quickly. The Food: Strawberry, Blackberry & Mango margarita (Yes, it is Margarita Day!) Blackberry is my favorite one. TONNO PICCANTE - yellowfin tuna, crispy rice,... More

We had 2 excellent meals here... last night we brought our friends here for dinner. I thought it was odd how quiet it was. After we finished our mediocre meal, it made sense! Not cheap and very disappointing. The service and ambiance is still good... the food was extremely mediocre.

One of my favorite dinner experiences in LA to-date. And an unexpected one at that. Excellent for a business dinner! Situated around the hotel's teeny, tiny interior courtyard pool, Oliverio provides guests with a 1950s mid-century feeling dining experience. If you're lucky, you'll be seated in one of the super cute and very private-feeling "cabanas" that line one end of... More

I'm in town for business. I chose Oliverio because it is within walking distance of my hotel. I arrived during happy hour and ordered a salad and pizza off the happy hour menu. My co-worker ordered an appetizer and main from the regular menu. Both were very very good. Great for a casual place to eat for dinner. Desserts were... More

Great place to grab a stylish and delicious lunch or dinner. Dine by the pool for great people watching and retro vibe. Sat near Darryl Hannah at lunch.

Since we were staying at this hotel, we decided to have breakfast here before we left--the previous morning we took a short walk up the street for breakfast. We certainly did not have to wait, as we had to ask if they were open, so we pretty much had private dining. The service was great, as is the service with... More

I just ordered the pollo alla diavola - I didn't feel like going out, so I ordered room service. When I got my meal, I was blown away... this is a high quality restaurant meal, more than I could ever hope for via room service. This chicken was so tender, juicy and a little spicy...it was absolutely perfect... I might... More

Had dinner alone at the bar, as I was feeling under the weather and didn't feel up for a late dinner with colleagues. It was excellent. Started with the burrata and arugula - finished with the agnolotti di zucca. Proper portions and appropriately al-dente. I lived in Italy for 6 years, so totally appreciated it. Had to ask for bread,... More

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
