This beautiful restaurant continues to impress and I would highly recommend it for special and/ or romantic occasions. Everyone raves about the Crab (with secret spices) and the garlic noodles...with good reason. These two dishes are worth every penny but be warned...the crab costs quite a few pennies. My wife had the crab, I had the rack of lamb and... More

Dinner for 3. As usual garlic noodles and crab were outstanding. Lobster however was over poked and dry. This is a very pricey place so stick to the tried and true--crab and garlic noodles. Ignore all other main dishes

This was probably one of the most expensive restaurants I've even eaten at but, it was excellent. Our table was a little tight and the table next to us was really loud, but the place is beautiful. Their signature dishes were just perfection...the Dungeness crab and the garlic noodles were spectacular. Everyone in our group of 5 enjoyed their meal.

We shared the garlic noodles and the crab and it was EXCELLENT. Best meals ever! The service was excellent, and all the food we ate was amazing.

dined 4/30/14 A little late in reviewing, but I had to share the news. I had been here on prior occasions, when I lived in LA. My recollections were favorable, and sought to return for their Asian fusion. Perhaps because of my former fondness, I was expecting more. I was disappointed in the offerings, as it seemed they haven’t updated... More

I discovered Crustacean years ago after reading a restaurant review and decided to give it a try. From special occasions to just dinner we've never been disappointed since dining at Crustacean. A must order is the garlic noodles. You own't be disappointed!

The food is average, but priced way too high. They are living on a reputation that was earned years ago. Lots of new generation food and concepts that serve a more creative menu at lots less dollars. If you want to visit the past and are willing to pay for it, this is your opportunity.

Ordered the garlic noodles and tiger shrimp which I liked but imagine easy to get in most Asian sections of any major city. The prawns were very large and tasted good though. The mixed appetizer plate is a RIP-OFF. At $16 per person it is very small and the supposed Waygu beef bits were tough leading us to think it... More

My experience at Crustacean rates as the WORST restaurant "experience" I've ever had (and I dine out 4 times a week--I have some experience). We arrived 5 minutes early for our 7:45 reservation and were told to wait at the bar. Fine--that's normal. The problem was that we waited for the bartender to acknowledge us for over half an hour.... Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
