We were staying in Beverly Hills for a special occasion and we were looking for good Italian. My wife spent time in Italy and we try all the best rated Italian restaurants when we travel. Piccolo was close to our hotel and it had good ratings so we gave it a try. All three of us were disappointed in our... More

Having left Europe behind me with some regret-- the Dutch people are kinder than the weather, the Parisians have fantastic museums to make up for their general lack of camaraderie unless you lease in a building with exceptional families that open their doors, and the Brits-- well, the Brits have stiff upper lips, back in the US I have landed,... We go an average of twice a week. Sometimes for lunch, sometimes for dinner. Sometimes with the family, sometimes on business or just with friends, its that kind of place. A small neighborhood italian restaurant that is consistently great food with gracious service. I feel, that Fabrizio the manager, is part of my family. He always has a smile, a... More

We found this restaurant by accident. It was around the corner from our hotel. I am so glad that we stumbled upon it, the food and service was excellent. Roberto, our server, was efficient and helpful. The experience felt very authentic; I felt as though we were eating in a really family atmosphere. The Italian menu was varied and well... More

Went to this great Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills, walking distance from our hotel. Servers couldn't do enough for us. Firstly, we were greeted graciously, politely and with great smiles. We were made to feel welcome at this gorgeous little place. Our order was served promptly and it was to perfection. We recieved a 5 star service as one would expect... More

Ate here on a Sunday night. Its a classic city Italian, lots of the people seemed locals & knew each other. Food amazing. Waiters were professional but friendly - we had Roberto serve us & he was wonderful. Homemade pasta made with a choice of grain. I had the special of the day which was an egg plant parcel. Divine.... We dined tonight with our 9 year old and were not disappointed! The service was great, food was fresh, hot and delicious and everything was reasonably priced. There is no children's menu (and we were not expecting that there would be) but our daughter was very happy with her homemade penne with bolognese sauce! Overall we would recommend this restaurant... Thanks to trip advisor we visited this delightful little piece of Italy! We started with brochetta which was trully authentic with fresh toasted bread, tomatoes and just dripping with olive oil. Main course was a simple home made aglio olio pasta and a filet steak cooked to perfection with a Barola wine sauce and topped with melted gorgonzola cheese..dessert was... More

We had high expectations on the restaurant since it is rated no 3 of all restaurants in Beverly Hills and we went there for our wedding day, and we were actually a bit disappointed...We had pasta with pesto, special of the day-lamb, red wine and pannacotta dessert and it was really nothing special. Non of it. We've had several italian... More
