Beautiful food, service and restaurant

We were walk ins and were lucky enough to be seated straight away! Service was amazing, food and wine the same! We had the eggplant appetiser and mushroom risotto and salmon as the mains. All were incredibly delicious.

Had dinner here last night and what more can I say but delicious! This was our first trip to the area and we were looking for an Italian restaurant and found this on TripAdvisor so we decided to give it a try and it didn't disappoint. There were 4 of us and we all had pasta dishes. We were all... More

Enjoyed our dining experience....pleasant atmosphere, not too noisy and caring service. Had a delicious Sauvignon Blanc ($48) followed by two excellent salads, The Panzanella (a little on the skimpy side), and the Trevisana. The Veal Milanese was excellent as was the Cacio et Pepi Pasta and Eggplant Parmiggiana. Bread was a wonderful sour dough. We had an apple desert which... More

... Or right up there. Incredible service and food was absolutely amazing. The minestrone was better than the best I've had in Italy. Caprese was amazing. Pasta is perfect. Even the bread is warm and crunchy and served with top notch olive oil. I'll be back for sure.

My wife and I stopped in here just after 9:30 PM since our first choice Mediterranean place closed its kitchen at 9:30 sharp. Typical Los Angeles. Fortunately Piccolo Paradiso was open and we were immediately shown to a table for two. Since they were not jammed service was attentive and the servers very Italian without a bit of condescension. great food, friendly staff. Everyone is treated like a VIP. It is one of our go-to places for dinner in Beverly Hills with friends. The Drago family does it right here. It is not as crowded as their other restaurants and not as noisy.

Piccolo Paradiso is a little taste of the old country in Beverly Hills. The service is friendly and personal; the pasta is homemade and the wine selection, though not large, is enjoyable. When we went, the restaurant was full (there's clearly a loyal locale clientele) so make a reservation. And save room for dessert.

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
