This is the easiest and best restaurant in town to make a habit of. Besides the food, which is unfailingly first rate-- one exception the soup, strangely tasteless, sent back and cheesed up--the pasta is the best this side of Italy, and the staff just as tasty. Go anytime,

This is another one of chef Giacomino Drago's beautiful Italian establishments in the Beverly Hills area. I've eaten at Il Buco and Il Pastaio, and this was another great experience. You begin to see the common threads in all of the Drago menus (he always has some sort of pumpkin and sage-based dish in a cream sauce that I CANNOT... More

We were staying in Beverly Hills for a special occasion and we were looking for good Italian. My wife spent time in Italy and we try all the best rated Italian restaurants when we travel. Piccolo was close to our hotel and it had good ratings so we gave it a try. All three of us were disappointed in our... More

Having left Europe behind me with some regret-- the Dutch people are kinder than the weather, the Parisians have fantastic museums to make up for their general lack of camaraderie unless you lease in a building with exceptional families that open their doors, and the Brits-- well, the Brits have stiff upper lips, back in the US I have landed,... We go an average of twice a week. Sometimes for lunch, sometimes for dinner. Sometimes with the family, sometimes on business or just with friends, its that kind of place. A small neighborhood italian restaurant that is consistently great food with gracious service. I feel, that Fabrizio the manager, is part of my family. He always has a smile, a... More

We found this restaurant by accident. It was around the corner from our hotel. I am so glad that we stumbled upon it, the food and service was excellent. Roberto, our server, was efficient and helpful. The experience felt very authentic; I felt as though we were eating in a really family atmosphere. The Italian menu was varied and well... More

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
