The only two thing I appreciate was the location and the nice italian staff. We were sitting outside but our table was so near the the others that you could tryeat in... More

This place has the right feel to it. Italian waiters that know their job. My wife and I went on a Sunday for a late lunch/early dinner. Lots of regulars there which is always a good sign and lots of families taking the grandparents out. Our food was excellent. Everybody else's food also looked really good. Excellent wine list with... The food here is very tasty. It is true Italian. I had the penne spelt pasta with red sauce and it was great. Wife had the mezzeluna Ravioli and daughter had the spinach ravioli. She loved it which was surprising as she hates Greens. The menu was very complete and I could have ordered a few items that appealed to... More

My return to the best Italian restaurant in BH was fabulous. My guests had the Branzino and the bread pudding for dessert and said they were the best ever. Of course, I had. The Taglietelle with black and white truffles with a lovely Montalcino to accompany the meal. Service. By a friendly and knowledgeable Milanese wait person made the evening... More

Our hotel concierge suggested my son and I try Il Pastaio for lunch since it was a short walk from our hotel. When he offered to call ahead and add our name to their waiting list, we didn't think much of it. It was a Tuesday in late March and after the lunch hour, so we didn't anticipate much of... More

Yes it is crowded, yes it is noisy, yes it has terrific food. We had carpaccio that was good, caprese which was good, and arrabiatta that was really flavorful. Very reasonable for area. Would return for sure.

We sat outside on the patio because it was a pleasant evening. Quickly had ice water in our glasses served by a real Italian waiter from genoa. Good bread served with olive oil. Extensive wine list with lots of Italian options as well as American. My husband picked some pretty pricey bottles, but we could have easily spent less and... More
