A few weeks ago, I left a review indicating that my husband and I had an awful experience at Spago in Beverly Hills on our anniversary in May, 2014. I want to say that I contacted Spago and their asst. General Manager called me personally and took the time to listen to my distress. He was very helpful and asked... More

Visited on a recommendation from our hotel, had a wonderful meal to round off a fantastic holiday. Had been a little sceptical about the menu and prices after looking at some of the reviews on here, but the food was great, and service was wonderful. There was a great ambiance, and a mix of families and friendship groups so it... More

This is the famous restaurant opened by Wolfgang Puck in Beverly Hills. The restaurant is fairly small but does include outdoor dining. If you wish to dine at Spago be prepared for high prices. Dinner for two with a good bottle of wine with tax and tip will run about $300. It is a great restaurant with outstanding food. You... More

First time at this LA hot spot, decided to try it out being that we ate at the one in Maui and loved it. Overall, the food was excellent, my husband and I ordered the Waygu steak and I had the Lobster pasta. What we were surprised about was the service :( The girls at the front greeted us and... More

Three words: Get the Duck. Ok..maybe a few more: really heard great things about the restaurant so i decided to make it part of my birthday/vacation plans with wife and another couple. The menu and wine selection is quite extensive. we were really tempted to get the tasting menu....but settled on the duck. OMG!!!!! What a really nice dining experience.

Okay, it is a bit on the expensive side, but it's an LA landmark, originated by an icon and it's located in Beverly Hills. Spago is exactly what someone who doesn't know anything about LA, wants to experience. I brought 4 friends from out-of-town and while there was some anxiety before we arrived about whether or not it may be... More

We were lucky to get our hotel concierge to get us a dinner booking on our only evening in LA. It was a lovely way to finish a great holiday. We didn't know what to expect but the whole experience was enjoyable, and classy with outstanding service. It really looked like a place where deals are done and there were... More

I went to Spago the night before last and it was Meh -- not good, not bad, just meh. Maybe my expectations were too high. Maybe it was because the back-waiter had such a heavy accent we couldn't understand what he was saying to us. Maybe it was the slightly condescending way our waiter treated us. The food was fine.... I really enjoyed Spago's.. it was full to the brim with interesting looking people who I judge to be old school Beverly Hills/Los Angeles - bet a movie deal or two has been discussed in this restaurant. Fabulous food and service. A very glamourous woman who I believe was the owner's ex wife was checking that all was ok at... More
