Food was just ok, and I mean just ok. Not just ok considering the venue. Had better meals for half the cost at several other restaurants.

Spago has always been a special-occasion go to place, as well as a hangout for Beverly Hills' locals. The locals seem to have gone elsewhere, and the "regular" crowd has grown much younger than they were in days gone by. The food was top notch, especially the heirloom tomato soup. The sweet corn agnolotti were delicate and, well, sweet. Despite... More

A really great place to go. The food, of course was excellent as well as the service. Wolfgang Puck made an appearance in went from table to table speaking to his guest. We shook hands and had a nice conversation with him and found him to be very personable. As we were leaving and waiting for the valet to bring... More

This landmark restaurant still produces some creative and stunning dishes but our server, although pleasant, really did not have a depth of knowledge that he should have had in such a venue. The cocktails were very good; the wine list had great holdingds but was terribly over-priced---(being in the industry, it is always difficult to swallow when you know the... More

We had the pleasure of dining at Wolf Gang Puck's Spago Beverly Hills. We ate out in the garden which was lovely. Our waiter brought us gazpacho, and then tuna tar-tar. Both were outstanding. I was very intrigued by their menu which was "One" "Two" "Three". I started with the Endive Salad, which was fabulous!! Every single bite I took... More

A wonderful restaurant, to me, can be judged by the atmosphere, and how the staff treats each guest, as well as the food.I have been in many restaurants where two women lunching together are ignored for larger groups, or men having a business lunch...not so with Spago. We split a salad and a pizza, and had sparkling water, and diet coke...yet... More

Spago is as delightful as ever before. We had well-prepared Manhattans straight-up to start to get in the mood with the upbeat vibe of this space. It started with a bouche of gazpacho served with their famous bread selection. (The olive bread is outrageously delicious. Bet you can’t eat just one.) I had Soft Shell Crab to start that was... To be fair and balanced ,food: our starters were first class, mains poor (we all ordered steak, it was over cooked and dry ). Service was horrible: we waited 15 minutes after sitting down to see our waiter- and then long long waits after that. Then to cap it all, our bill had items 'transferred in , in error '... More

We had a wonderful light supper here last night. Amanda greeted us warmly with true hospitality, and seated us at a great location off the bar (which was exactly what we wanted). There was not a hint of "attitude" (despite the fame of restaurant) or anything other than true graciousness. Our server, (Katie) was friendly and attentive, and the food... More

Went here for the last night of our vacation looking to make a night to remember - it didn't disappoint. Glass of champagne to start in the bar followed by an exceptional wine list. Food was exemplary and they were flexible enough to make bigger portions for starters if requires for main courses etc. If you get a choice ask... More
