Yes, I know it's a very famous restaurant! The new design is lovely. The wait staff were very friendly and are waitress , Marguerite was fabulous! The food was good but not the "stop the presses" unbelievable, wonderfulness that I was expecting. I've had better versions of Prosciutto et meloni. I... read more

There is obviously some hype to Spago and restaurants of this nature, but Spago delivers. It's nice to see Wolfgang Puck working the room and the vibe in the restaurant is fun and positive. Try the salmon pizza! It's a classic for a reason. Consider ordering it as an appetizer for the table while you look over the entree choices.... More

Opened first in 1982 on the Sunstet Strip, but moved to Canon Dr. in Beverly Hills later on. It's still considered to be the most iconic restaurant of LA and you can hear it's name or see it in the numerous movies, like "Blind date", or series "Beverly Hills 90210" and many others. If you want creative, innovative, and expensive... More

I was really dissapointed from this restaurant as I had good recommendations from my friends. After 45 minutes waiting it seems that the spaghetti with ragou it is like all the other Italian restaurants, the western USA steak nothing special, the rabbit not so bad and the Griled chicken was nice only. For $$$ nothing special.......Never again

Had dinner with my daughter and a friend on Tuesday night. Wiener schnitzel was as good as ever and tuna tartare prepared in ice cream cones were to die for. Crowd is well dressed and service is impeccable . Must try in Beveryl Hills.

This is my second visit at Spago. First visit was fantastic. I remembered the Japanese beef in my memory that crunchy outside and super tender inside and also great dessert. I booked the second visit 2 month earlier for my family. I know what I want before I see the menu. Good Bread is served. Appetizer with Sushi Box is... More

I don't even know where to start, but Spago's has gone completely ON DEMAND - and, no, that's not a good thing as you would think if it was IN DEMAND. You see, the difference is - what comes standard and unprompted at basically any other fine dining place you have to ASK for at Spago's - and even then,... More

Lucky that Wolfgang Puck was there at that time. He greeted guests table by table. Bit pricey due to the name. Anyway the food was delectable.

When I travel I eat and I eat in places I normally would not have an opportunity to experience. Spago - OH MY!!! Of all the dining experiences I've had in my life, and that's quite a lot of experience we're talking about, this was absolutely the BEST!! The service, atmosphere and especially the food - oh my goodness, the... More

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
