I´m a meat lover, I´ve had some of the best meats in the world, and Ruth´s Cowboy T-Bone was the best in its class. It´s not easy to cook a piece that big "rare" without ruining it, and they did. Excellent place, maybe slightly overpriced, but still worth it! more
