We went to Mastros Steakhouse on The recommendation of Sean from the Beverly Hilton . Service was friendly, the meal was overpriced in comparison to other steak houses that we visited on our tour of the USA. The steak was cooked to perfection as one would expect from such an establishment but the sides were way over the priced. Great... More

Had a fantastic fun dinner here in April, big table great bunch of friends, dark, cool with live jazz in the background. Good steak, slick service, very Bev Hills, but that is what we wanted for that night. :)

i loved Mastro's and for my last night in LA I shelled out of 300.00 for a dinner. The service was great and they did not charge for the salads due to them not coming out in a reasonable amount of time. The place is wonderful but my steak was not good and the closer I got to the bone... More

I've never been quite so embarrassed! We brought a foreign guest with us to LA to show her the sites, and took her to Mastro's for a drink at the upstairs bar on a recent Monday evening. The restaurant was barely about half-full. As we were getting comfy, the doorman came up and escorted us away! He said we were... More

We have eaten hear several times over the years and I have to say I'm not that keen as I find it very noisy and the seating downstairs, well you are far to close to other people. Having said that my husband really likes this place so we went for a meal last night, well the service in my option... More

The food was okay. The bread basket was extremely stale but not sure if it's because we came close to the end of the day. We sat upstairs, and it was pretty loud with music and chatting so great if that's what you're into, not so much if you want some quiet.

The food was good but not sure that its worth the price or the hype. Its a very pretentious place in my opinion. its more of a place to be seen that to actually eat.... I do have to say that the warm butter cake smelt and tasted amazing! but your not going there for dessert are you?

I didn't enjoy my meal at Mastro's. Staff were stuffy. We ordered our steak blue and it came out with great blobs of white cold fat in it - inedible. Bottle of Moet as a treat, the cork smelt old but I didn't dare say anything, these waiters didn't want to know. It's very dark, noisy and busy. People must... More

Four girls having dinner at Mastro's new mezzanine level. VERY dark and VERY loud! Althoug happening crowd and vibe, servers dressed like old school stuffy era. Food was good, was did not wow us. Seems more like a "Seen and be seen" kind of restaurant.
