One word "Amazing!" From the time I arrived, I felt like VIP the valet attended was courteous, the hostess escorted us over to the elevator where we got off on the Penthouse level where the party was at. There was a live DJ, celebrities left and right, a full bar, breathtaking view of the city, etc. Of course the icing... More

Great place. Hands down! Wish I could eat there at least 4 times a month. This is my top pick so far

Have you been to Ruth Chris before? If so, this restaurant is exactly the same. I think the scene is great especially for spotting celebrities but it is very dark inside. The food was good but definitely go knowing you are going to spend a lot of money. $14 for french onion soup, $42/petite filet and average on $12 per... More

We do not understand what the hype is all about! It is just another chain steakhouse owned by Landry's. We were in the LA area staying at the Four Season's and it was recommended by a few guests at the hotel. We were seated on the 3rd floor and by the bar there is a DJ and the music was... More

Went there in July for dinner. The big dining room was very dark and tables close to each other, but that didn't really matter, although my mother complained about the darkness since it was hard to read the menu without any light. Cocktails (they have a very nice and old bar), wine and steaks were absolutely fantastic, but also very... More

The food at this place is over hyped and over priced in my option. I've had better steaks at Ruth's Chris

I have eaten at many premium steakhouses in my life, across 4 continents. And I must say, Mastro's is up there, maybe the best I have had. The porterhouse was perfect perfect, the sides generous and unique. I will fly again to LA for this place one day. It is not cheap, however you get what you pay for.

As steak houses go it offers good tender steaks - huge is size one between two is enough. The music is loud and portions are just enormous! There is a feeling of 'fast food' as the menu, food and drink is rushed at you. Staff are friendly but we got a bum steer on the fries as 2 portions would... More

On the pricier side (easily near $100/pp) but simply the best steak you are going find anywhere. Stick with the house steaks, and add bacon to the mac and cheese. My only real comment is that if you are not looking for the dark/cozy steakhouse feel, you can get the exact same steak upstairs at their sushi restaurant, of if... More
