Nice birthday lunch in Beverly Hills

Having previously eaten at Per Se in New York, I knew this Thomas Keller experience would probably not match my previous culinary adventure but it was still an excellent meal. After some shopping, we had planned a lunch for my birthday at the Beverly Hills location of Bouchon. We started with... read more

Fabulous location and wonderful food - the coffee and muffins for breakfast are great too. Great take out options.

Attended a private party for my sister's 75th birthday luncheon. Two appetizers and drinks were offered to the 22 guests in a small room at the back of the restaurant which also housed a huge conference table and 12 large chairs. This made for walking about and chatting someone cramped especially for picture taking. There's a patio off the room... More

Disappointing for a Thomas Keller restaurant. I looked forward to eating at my first Thomas Keller restaurant, but it fell very short of my expectations. I had chicken which tasted very odd, and my friend tasted it and said it seemed spoiled. Her dish (I forgot what it was) was not great either. Service was good, though...

The overall meal was average and we were disappointed in the food and quality. The service was excellent even though they served the wrong fish dish but overall the taste and execution of the food was mediocre. The steak frittes were actually quite bad and overall we left disappointed. I have been here for lunch with great results but the... More

I eat here often, the Gnudi are heavenly as well as the duck Confit, service is always great, do not forget to eat dessert and visit the bakery downstairs.

We had a large group celebrating a college graduation. The staff set us up outside and was accommodating to our changing numbers. From the moment we arrived, until we left, everyone took special care of us. I attribute this in large measure to the GM, Justin, who paid special attention to us, even though the restaurant was very busy. (I... More

Bouchon Beverly Hills is connected to the new Montage Hotel. The food and service is superb. The staff guided us through the unique menu. Very reasonable prices, excellent wine list. Can't wait to return.

They have the best pastries. You can visit the little store located on the side of the restaurant and pick up pastries, bread and other little goodies. I always plan on stopping by there when in the area to take out something sweet!

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
