Positive: food was very good. Negative: the servers could not keep track of who had what or if they even had it. We enjoy a relaxing dinner, but we had no intention of spending the night. We cancelled the reservation for another night and will not return.

We ate as a family at Via Alloro and found the food quite pleasant. We enjoyed pasta, pizza & salad. All nice & fresh, nothing out of the ordinary - the crispy thin crust on the pizza was very enjoyable. I had a glass of Chardonnay which was very average so I was not inspired to order a second one.... More

A good restaurant in the middle of a lot of good restaurants. Only negative, waiter seemed to get a bit tense as we waited for the final member of our party who was 45 minutes late. Ambiente was great. Not too jammed. Immediate bread(only fair.maybe stale) & vinegar & oil-------- Positives, waiter brought a really good "Cab" at a reasonable... More

This wasn't our first choice (based on yelp & open table reviews) but it being Jan 1 lots of places were closed. The service was efficient and friendly, the food was good and the prices quite reasonable. Only complaint is that they initially brought a lower quality bottle of the wine we ordered (which was not listed on the wine... More

Service is abominable and food is mediocre. Don't bother. We tried it three times and decided it was not worth another visit. We had to beg for service.

I have been to Via Alloro twice for late Friday lunches after work since my office is closeby and both times I have been impressed. For the location I think the price is very reasonable. Their pizzas are delicious and fresh as are their pastas and have fantastic flavors. I have also had a few starters and salads and they... More

All around good Italian food and drink. This is a "real Italian" place in the middle of Beverly Hills in the high rent district that is busy and a "go to place" by the people that try it. Some how, it remains under the radar despite a very good location; a lovely venu, a great menu and very good bar.... More

I have indicated the attention to how to prepare pasta is poor compared to competitors and it shows as it is not as busy as neighbouring Italian restaurants all along North Canon.
