Just great simple honest food more

The pizzetta was good, crispy crust and all. Pork leg entree and short ribs did not impress us though. The taste was ok, not "ohmygod". For dessert I had the strawberry shortcake, with what looked like scones as "cake", again not impressive. Service was ok, I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling from our waiter. The food was divine and the service outstanding. The flat bread pizzette with nettle and ricotta was divine, the aragula and beet salad with smoked salmon heavenly. For the main course we had an unbelievable halibut with a cilantro sauce served on a bed of fava beans and peas so fresh! My daughter had the pasta with clams also outstanding.... more
