Price is right in terms of taste.

My in-laws treat my family for dinner and I recommend to dine at King Tsin. We live nearby and on occassion we usually dine here knowing the food was always excellent. My in-laws was so impressed and they really like the coconut prawn with walnut. Thumbs up to the Chef! We ordered chow mien and... read more

September 19, 2014: We tried to call in a take-out order for items we've ordered from this restaurant for years. First we asked for Egg Custard Buns. The person on the phone got very confused and we were not able to order them. Then we asked for barbecued pork buns. The person on the phone said very slowly "Pork ...... More

We recently had a scrumptious dinner at King Tsin. Luckily for us all, its brief (and unsuccessful) sojourn under new management is over. Albert is back and King Tsin's classic favorites are better than ever. Starters of traditional turnip cake, potstickers and Shiao Loong Bao (my favorite dumplings) were terrific. Pan Touched Chicken was as good as ever, Spicy Shrimp... More

First time there for lunch today. Wanted to find a good chinese restaurant, we had been to another place on Solano recently and we disliked it, so let's try this place it's been there for years. Nice space inside. The staff is a little off, they don't say much and they don't really look at you, kinda weird. Anyway, we... More

This is the first time we have eaten here. I believe it is under new ownership but I could be wrong. The portions are HUGE, the prices are comparable and the taste is divine. We were surprised that more people were not in the restaurant but it seems like the city shuts down on Sundays because even the streets were... More

I can remember when this place was considered the best place for Chinese Food. Well, How Things Change !!!! Unfortunately, the food is now Nothing Like it once was !! SAD ..... Please be Warned !!! Every dish we ordered was a Huge Disappointment and was, frankly, Horrible .... The restaurant is obviously under new ownership and the skilled chefs... More

I recently stopped for lunch and ordered Kung Paola chicken. I was brought Saechwan chicken. When I told the waitress of the error she actually told me there were two Kung Pao dishes on the menu! And I should have told her which one I wanted when I ordered. Absolute nonsense . She just walked away. The quality of the... More

We eat at King Tsin at least once a week and have found it every time to be a friendly, welcoming, attractive place to have dim sum and very good, reasonably priced lunch specials. We recommend it for business lunches and families, especially.

I went into King Tsin to eat lunch; the place was empty. I asked whether they have a seat for one person (they have a fancy dining room) and I was told yes, right here. After ordering and paying, I sat down but was told I had paid the take-out rate, and that I could not eat in the dining... More
